That didn't make sense to me either, so he trained Wednesday, was at the press conference later that day. Did they train after that or Thursday morning when he picked up the knock? Did he seem fine but they then realised he had a slight knock? When has LvG ever made any sense? Did he outshine LvG at his press conference so he kicked him in the groin?

A Carrick-Schneiderlin midfield doesn't fill me with confidence however. When will we see Schweinsteiger start again?
