Interesting team, I'm sure we all want to see how Rio and O'Shea pair up, and how Brown performs as a right back (think he should be a centre back myself but I know opinions vary on that). Also I'd like to see who does best out of Veron and Butt, because, as I posted in the Butt promoted to First team thread, Butt is now higher in the pecking order than Veron.

Can't wait to see some of the Parma players either, particularly Di Vaio, Cannavaro, Donati and Frey.

We look well up for it, totally on top of the game. The team is really functioning together well.
 
Veron feeds a good ball to the corner for Becks to cross, Forlan hits an overhead kick but it doesn't come off. Good football though.
 
Veron and Beckham linking up especially well so far, which is good to see considering the criticism last seaosn that they can't play together in the same side.

Good save by Carroll, quickly got down. They had a corner to a guy on the edge of the box who stuck a shot in while being closed down by several United defenders. Should give Carroll some confidence.
