Luke Shaw injury for England | sustained concussion and returned to Manchester (6 day rest period)

I know it. Our crap luck strikes again.

Young, here we go.

The bloke really doesn't have much luck, does he?

Stupid fecking internationals. Little prick with the knee to the head and all by the looks of it.

Shit, just turned this on and it doesn't look good and Sky won't show a replay of it, suggesting the clash was pretty grim.

Hopefully its just concussion and he'll be back soon.

Poor guy. Really hope this is better than it looks.

I can't believe how unlucky this lad is. I'm praying he'll be back soon. We could be even more in trouble now.:(:nervous:

The only good thing about international football is the EC and WC... and they are only good because there isnt regular football during the summer.

FFS hope he's ok. He deserves better luck than he's had.

Let's not read too much into that yet. If he's been knocked out then it's standard practice isn't it?

It can be a brain concussion, similar to what happened to Lukaku last season against Southampton.

I really hope the kid is okay. Just when he's getting his career back on track. Very tough luck.

As things stand, we will have Rashford and Shaw out for a few games (if Shaw's injury is as bad as it looks).

Feel so sorry for him :(

They won't know for sure, so it's just precautionary.

Why hasn't he been booked for it by the way?

The guy just doesn't catch a break. Have you noticed that literally every single time he's had a good run and been in great form here he's gotten seriously injured? I just feel awful for the lad there is great potential in him but sadly he's just one of those unlucky guys :(

If TV won’t show a replay it has to be pretty bad or even shocking.

They don’t tend to show any injuries that require a fair bit of treatment, especially if he’s been knocked out.

Hopefully it’s all just precautionary and he’s got a bit of concussion.
