Great day to be a United supporter if true. Have to agree that 30M is a lot of money for a 18 year old left back. However, that's the market value now for good players and since United have the resources we shouldn't worry too much. Shaw has the potential to hold done the LB spot for a dozen or more years, so if you pr rate it over the next 12 years, 30M doesn't sound so bad.

Hope this is just the start of a great summer transfer wise another 3 or 4 signings to come?

I think you should buy Coleman and Shaw to play with Smalling and Jones (with Evans for rotation), realise that will take another season to bed in and see what you can do to sort CM.
