Can't wait to see him pointing and shrugging in the PL again.
I dont know what's more crazy - we offering Everton 75m or Inter offering 75m or Chelsea offering 120m. I don't think he is a bad player at all and I do think we shouldn't have sold him. But this is bonkers. Crazy money all around for single player. Is there a player who has gone through this many big transfers? If Chelsea's offer is accepted, it would be 28 + 75 + 75 + 120 for Lukaku

I stand corrected. I didn't know he was as prolific as that. Anything's going to be better than Werner!I dont think Lukaku will be anywhere near a "flop". This a striker who scored 17 in 38 for WBA, 87 in 166 for Everton, 42 in 96 for Utd, and 64 in 95 for Inter.
I'd wager he will definitely score goals for us, and "hopefully" finish the chances we fecked up countless times last year
He's not worth the money, neither is Grealish for example, but he'll score goals for us, thats all we need
Left him out on purpose, the treasonous wretch. You forgot Torres!
MorataI dont know what's more crazy - we offering Everton 75m or Inter offering 75m or Chelsea offering 120m. I don't think he is a bad player at all and I do think we shouldn't have sold him. Yeah he's very similar to Werner but it course miles better. 100 million plus a player is an enormous fee though. I'm surprised it was rejected.I mean.... If they play him in on goal, rather than play off him. Then I can see him being pretty dangerous and an upgrade on Werner. Lukaku can actually slot in nicely imo and play that Werner role thinking about it.
Not sure about the reliability of the guy
#RomanLike LukakuJust like #Pogback
I'm going to say that this will be another in the Chelsea striker flop list to go along side the likes of Kezman, Mutu, Shevchenko, Morata & Werner.
Not bothered.
Only thing I care about: Did we have a share of sale clause when we sold him?
Wonderful news. 250mn please. Lower Lukakus salary if need be.20% apparently.
No only in Italy, he has done well in WC and Euro too. The only time he wasn’t good is his last season with us, when our whole team was in a mess. He was in general among top 3 striker in PL during his time at Everton. It's always rubbed me a bit the wrong way how every pundit became a huge Lukaku fan the moment he left us.
I understand he's done extremely well in Italy, but have to wonder how much of that is the league versus the player.
Personally wouldn't be that bothered if he rocks up at Stamford Bridge. Especially at that kind of price.
Inter reportedly are waiting for a new bid closer to the €120m range; offer of €100+Alonso was turned away.
Chelsea were close to securing him a few years ago before United hijacked the move. Lukaku has said in the past that Chelsea are his favourite club and has hinted at wanting to go back.
(…I really don’t care if it means Chelsea pay big for Lukaku now, City do as well /Kane?, leaving Haaland with little to no competition other than United next summer…)
From the reports, it's actually 5%.20% apparently.
From the reports, it's actually 5%.
Think it's calculated as percentage of Inter's profit, not the total fee. From the reports, it's actually 5%.
Ah okay.I think it's 20% when it's sell on clause for profit, 5 million for sell on clause.. Looks like there are 2 reports floating around. Both will give us around 5-6 million.
If he's worth 100m then i dont think levy is off his rocker for demanding 150m for kane
I honestly dont want him at Chelsea. Chelsea had similar problems to us last season where they would randomly lose to trash. Lukaku would bully the trash. Then they would set up in the big games without him. They are Title contenders with him to be honest.
