It would be a smart acquisition: excellent price-quality ratio in the current crazy market. A deal around 25 millions of euros should be possible and we are talking about an offensive player.

At least, he's a proven winger with a god pace and decent stats: he scored 20 goals last season all competitions.

Potential for improvement if he plays under the right coach.

Even if his football IQ isn't his best asset, he will clearly strengthen your squad: more choices for the coach, more competition. within the squad...

He's a fresh quality player.

Did PSG hire you to be working for PSG's customer service?

I'm pretty sure someone posted a seasons highlights video for last season in here, he's barely played this season so there's not much to show.

The thread has 6 pages. I'm so lazy to search all of them. :D

Anyway the positive is he's still young I believe. Isn't he 24 or 25 ? If he has lost some form he can re-discover it with regular playing.

Well it's true. He isn't a bad player but you are trying to sell him as if you were PSG accountants. FFP is making you sweat?

I don't sell him: I just provide you with my honest opinion, some context and figures

Hard for me to be concerned as I keep in mind some legendary players like Clément, Pancrate, Bourrillon, Souza and Everton

Also, I don't think PSG will be severely punished: some constraints next summer maybe.

The team just needs a top left-back and a GK would be a bonus. I also hope Lassana Diarra will come this month for free.

Heh! :D Here's one from the 2nd page.

Yeah, I think he's 25, but it's not so much form that's the issue, it's the fact he's brainless.

He looks like a decent poacher, watched his 17 goals last season. Obviously he is out of regular team since the arrival of the annoying neymar.

I'm pretty sure it was Mbappe who took his position. Neymar is left winger.

Nice one!

I think there are some better options than him, and I'll definitely take someone like Mahrez above us, but Moura will still be a good upgrade over what we got in this position, and since he's still young I won't mind him in the winter transfers.

Why is everyone so against us singing him? He's only 25. Plus, Zlatan played with him for years and will have endorsed the move if he's good enough, and if Zlatan thinks he can do what Mourinho wants him to do for us, then I'm all for it.

40M in today's market isn't half bad, Ox went for 40 last summer. If we aren't getting Mahrez, we should take this guy. Especially, if the caf doesn't rate him , he'd be a sure shot success.:p

He's pretty average. We need players of higher quality or a younger player who can develop into a top player. He's just average and would be a squad player I think.

Why would we want Mahrez? He's the opposite of what we're looking for.

Fuzzy logic. How in the world do we know Zlatan endorsed the move, and second, why would Jose be asking Zlatan? That being said, if this rumour gains momentum, I'd like to see some Zlatan quotes out of interest :D

He would certainly add much needed pace to our RW as he is rapid. Probably as quick as Salah. Whether he has all the other required tools (especially decision making), I’m not so sure.

I never said he did endorse it, I'm saying if we did move for Moura, Zlatan will have endorsed the move in some capacity. As an employer, you're obviously going to ask a former colleague of someone what they're like before you hire them. It would be stupid not to, especially if that person has worked with them for a number of years. Zlatan seems to have the ear of Jose as well.

And what are we looking for? If not a great dribbler, great passer and a fantastic counter attacking player that is also PL proven - and plays in a position where we lack players so we have to play #10's there instead?

We're not looking for a winger that cuts inside and shoots. We've got about 4 of those already, I don't think I've ever seen Mahrez cross a ball.

Really? We don't need a RW that can beat a player consistently , with excellent footwork and score goals?
Well, no, we don't. We need a quick winger who can beat a man and find players in the box with a good cross. When he's not doing that he needs to get back and help the WB out. Can't see Mahrez doing any of those things.

Oh god no, not him. Some reputable journos are running with this now, i hope to god we dont sign the brazilian walcott .

He got so much more in his locker than just cutting inside and shoot though. And I've seen him cross the ball plenty of times. Not to mention all these long balls for Vardy to pounce on.

I've pretty much never seen him play but I get the impression he's just another inconsistent winger.

I think the ship sailed with him after he went to PSG back when we were linked then.

Crossing can take us only so far(Fulham game under Moyes comes to mind). Lukaku is constantly marked by both the CB's and usually the two banks of 4 are in and around the box against us. We need a player with guile, who can not only cross but can score one himself too. I do agree with you about Mahrez's workrate.

Moura is actually a good talent who has performed fairly well. He's quick and has some form of trickery. He's a right winger whose dominant foot is his right leg. I've been crying out for a RW with similar qualities. We need someone who can cross the ball on the right side. It's like our team forget to use a third of the pitch. Our lack of penetration has been because of our predictability. We only attack on the left and the center. It's pathetic frankly speaking. I truly feel Moura has got the potential to take it up a notch further. He's just not had the right guidance when it comes to managers. He did have Ancelotti but that was for a short spell. He could go much better here and if he's being quoted at 38m, I would snap him immediately.

Considering Conte was thinking of replacing him for Willian implies that he does have admirers and they do think he's got what it takes. If we are looking for cheap recruits this January, I would get Moura in and Sandro in.

Scored 16 goals in the league last year, and was in double figures the year before. People are just looking at this season and assuming he sucks. He would give us an extra dimension on the right than what we currently have.

I like him. I think if we can offload Mkhi and bring him in at 25m that would be a good low risk move for us to make in January to potentially add a missing dimension in attack.

Had his best season for PSG last season, in terms of numbers, scoring 12 and assisting 5 in 29 starts.

As someone suggested in another thread, we should loan him with the option to buy if he's a success.

 Greats among the greats. He is definitely better than that.

I think the best move for us would be to loan Mhiki to Inter and get Moura on loan till the end of the season. That way we'll have our bases covered. It's such a no brainer. If Ed isn't providing the funds to buy, then we've got to loan. Mourinho needs to use his brains instead of complaining

If it's around 30 million I wouldn't say no to him. Any more than that and we should look elsewhere.

Fair enough mate.

Is there any recent video for him ? Haven't followed him for years now so know nothing about his recent form.

He has played 79 mins of football all season so far so I really doubt it. Maybe something from last season.

Perhaps the Glazers have decided that it's too expensive to sign Pogba's and Lukaku's, and will now pay for Lucas' to get top 4 each season. Threat of becoming the next Arsenal.
