Not much luck there though
Their luck ran out this year. First 2/3rds of the season they massively over performed their points returns with a series of fluky refereeing incidents. This is their level. Not much luck there though
This isn't a common occurance with him. Many times I've seen him this season and been amazed that he managed to avoid getting sent off.insane that Alexis MacAllister went through tonight's game without getting a yellow.
He had a fecking red card rescinded back in August. This isn't a common occurance with him. Many times I've seen him this season and been amazed that he managed to avoid getting sent off.

Yup. He’s lucky that he’s playing for Liverpool.Didn't he put a high foot into Maguire's chest and still get awarded the free kick?
This counts as good luck?Mount injured
United's press and shape grows worse, Liverpool should benefit from that. This counts as good luck?
Written in the stars! That or a Nunez mazy run with cultured finish to win....United's press and shape grows worse, Liverpool should benefit from that.
However...
Zirkzee hat-trick?

There's no point in trying to guess the outcome of this game as it's been a great leveler, regardless of form or personnel.
They would still beat Liverpool .Just seen the state of Arsenal’s squad going into this…
Odegaard injured.
Saliba suspended.
Saka injured.
Clafiori injured.
Timber injured.
Tomiyasu injured.
Tierney injured.
It’s never ending
Saka and Timber both playing. Tierney and Tomiyasu are always injured plus they are fringe players. The only losses are Saliba and Odegaard.Just seen the state of Arsenal’s squad going into this…

Puuuulease. We have the best goalie in the world out for months. We have a mgr who came in with basically no transfers to a new league and is thrown right away into the deep end of the pool called the Premier League. To get a result today away will be against all odds.Just seen the state of Arsenal’s squad going into this…

Do you really think playing nobody from the Top 4 for the first three months of the season is “thrown in at the deep end”?Puuuulease. We have the best goalie in the world out for months. The cnuts are getting all the decisions in today's game away to Arsenal. This Taylor is an absolute arse.
The Sky commentator has his tongue right up the collective Scouse arses.Playing one of the hardest games with Saliba, Odegaard out, Saka half fit, Gabriel and Timber coming off injured, is classic Liverpool.
Just so them.
But at least their little winning run is over.
We're obviously United fans so not the most balanced on this, but a few years ago they had a mad run where they would constantly play a team without their best player. Toney, Zaha just 2 I remember instantly. The Sky commentator has his tongue right up the collective Scouse arses.
Changed my mind after watching it over again. Right decision. Very active arm from Havertz and it also seems like his arm touch the ball. Can anyone explain why Arsenal late goal was disallowed? Referee pretended he blew his whistle before the goal but the replay showed he didn’t blow it at any point
What are you on about? The first three months of the season aren't even over yet and we'll have played Arsenal, Villa and Chelsea before that. So basically we just didn't have a game vs City in the early stages of the season, shocker.Do you really think playing nobody from the Top 4 for the first three months of the season is “thrown in at the deep end”?
Three months was clearly a vague timeline. At the time of writing it you hadn’t played Arsenal. Top 4 was referring to last years table. What are you on about? A very good start, is also a legitimate point of view - especially given the fact Slot is flawless in Europe so far.Three months was clearly a vague timeline. At the time of writing it you hadn’t played Arsenal. Top 4 was referring to last years table.
Feel free to argue over semantics, you’ve had a very very easy start.
I wouldn't have disputed it if you just had said that, but I'll point it out if you're just unnecessarily gonna make stuff up to support your (valid) point.Three months was clearly a vague timeline. At the time of writing it you hadn’t played Arsenal. Top 4 was referring to last years table.

You’ve now played an Arsenal side with lots of key players out or unable to finish the game and would have lost but for Taylor inexplicably calling a foul on a 50/50 header (Mike Dean’s words of all people who almost always sides with the referee) and should have had your captain red carded for off the ball violent conduct.I wouldn't have disputed it if you just had said that, but I'll point it out if you're just unnecessarily gonna make stuff up to support your (valid) point.
And the argument keeps shifting by the way. "Wait till they've had a few tough fixtures", then we get 4/6 against Chelsea H and Arsenal away and it's "they haven't played everyone of last year's top 4 yet". Utd fans keep coming up with new stuff, in a desparate attempt not to give any credit whatsoever to what Slot has done so far.
Arsenal missed Odegaard and Saliba through his own dumb actions. You’ve now played an Arsenal side with lots of key players out or unable to finish the game and would have lost but for Taylor inexplicably calling a foul on a 50/50 header (Mike Dean’s words of all people who almost always sides with the referee) and should have had your captain red carded for off the ball violent conduct.
To say you were lucky is an understatement.
Is this a joke? How the f did he escape the ref/VAR?
May: Yeah, that's what I thoughtMay: Liverpool are done once Klopp leaves
July: It’s only pre-season
August: Slotball looks boring
September: Slot’s enjoying a honeymoon
Early October: They haven’t played anyone yet
Late October: The good opposition had injuries
November: ?
What's your excuses for van Dijk getting away with a blatant red card or Konate getting away with an even more blatant penalty?Arsenal missed Odegaard and Saliba through his own dumb actions.
Havertz handball by the way. You should watch it sometime! Clueless if you call that a 50/50 header, he barges in from behind with his entire arm on the Liverpool player's neck
