He’s just so fecking good.
WHAT A PLAYER.
He just oozes absolute class in everything he does.
The quality of his defending and how well he reads the play is up there with the very best, but what stands out for me most is the confidence that he has in his own ability - when he's on the ball, to invite pressure on himself to allow him to play a better pass that opens up the game.
The best of the best always make things look so easy and natural - he's right up there.
Best player at the club IMO.
BOSS.
Already my favourite player of the last 10 years.
I struggle to choose between him and Varane. I would say Varane is slightly better right now though
4th best CB in the league for me behind Varane, Saliba and Silva. Amazing how badly he's showing up his critics.

Forgot about him tbf yeah he's definitely up there. What about Ruben Dias? I would put him over Saliba at least.

We should do all we can to tie him down. Those cnuts from Spain will come knocking at some point for sure.
Been absolutely brilliant and by far my fav player this season.
I owe him a big apology for calling him a useless garden gnome and an argentinian leprechaun after the Brentford game. More like the argentinan dragon!
Because stats have no context and this exactly why they're a waste of time in evaluating a performanceWhy dose it feel like this stats don't tell how well he played today

Same here, been saying it ever since I joined this forum - you'll love my response of the DDG thread near the end BTWWell said. Sick to death of people evaluating a player based on some non-contextual numbers.
I don't need XG, XGA, PFX, TYZ, or whatever acronym is uassigned to some arbitrary stat to tell me if a player is decent or not. I was blessed with this sensory thingy called vision.
