The weird thing is, I support England in most other sports (Rugby, Cricket, Tennis (GB) etc) but I just can't stand the England football team. So it's not that I'm against the country or anything like that, I just don't like the England football team. Maybe that's because I watch football closely whereas I only dabble in watching the other sports.

It's difficult to want England to win when you see shit like Rio saying "I'm looking at that Italy and Spain match and I don't see anything that worries me, we'll beat them. it's coming home!" - so arrogant for a team that still rides off of the ONE trophy they've won. Well I’ve just served a forum ban, ‘I’ as an Englishman, getting a forum ban because I told someone who was attacking England/it’s culture/it’s history that basically your nation and history doesn’t smell of roses either (namely Ireland), clearly the Irish mods didn’t like that.

Great post, it’s been disgusting to see a small minority of the England national teams fans talking about anti-England racism (while saying worse about other countries), and yet haven’t once denounced the actual racism we’ve seen.
