Tbf Vidal will be 31 with only a year left on his contract, so he should be available for relatively cheap and I wouldn't mind getting him here for a few seasons.

Hargreaves was very important for us when we won the champions league in his first season here. Bastian obviously didn't work out.
That's true and I'd argue that his best season was before his knee injury in the 2013/2014 season. But, he's still considerably better than Herrera imo and I would suspect that he wouldn't cost an awful lot. Btw, I'm not saying that Vidal should be first choice, but if Goretzka is Bayern bound like most on here think, then all I'm saying is that that picking up Vidal might not be worst thing for a few seasons.

While I agree with you in not seeing the relevance of him growing up in Bochum I equally fail to see how how you can say he will join Bayern just because he supports them. Unless you have insider knowledge (I assume you don't) then you can't state matter of factly that he will end up there. Players don't always move to the clubs they support.

Its of course possible and he has been a Bayern fan, but I never read anything like that. The fact that he wa born in Bochum means that there are two big clubs right around the corner (Dortmund,Schalke) who he could support. Its like beeing born between Old Trafford and that City thing and ending up beeing a Liverpool supporter. Its totally possible, but not very likely.
More like being born between Millwall and Crystal Palace and ending up a Man United fan. I'm sure it happens.

Definitely a player I'd want Chelsea to go for this transfer window. Comfortable on the ball, good eye for a pass and decent timing arriving in the box from deep. Coupled with not being cup-tied in the Champions League I'd be very surprised if there isn't a bidding war for him in January with quite a few of the big clubs involved. Hopefully he doesn't have an agreement with Bayern. For us he'd be a good step in us becoming even more of a proactive team, and if he and an elite level wingback came in I'd be very hopeful for the coming seasons.

Well, I think it is safe to say you will be messed with on here, if you keep making outlandish claims, without any proof to back them up. You could just say it is your personal opinion but if you are going to claim that something is going to happen with certainty, be prepared to get your "facts" checked.
