Joel and Henderson going out on loan. Maybe the others aren’t rated.
Think it's just a one year deal to cover our young GK's loans

as long as it's not Andy Goram
Not overly bothered but why does a team need more than 2 keepers anyway.
De Gea plays the majority of matches, in case of injury which is highly unlikely Romero is a capable back up for matches so when the hell would grant even play.
I heard it was Johnstone and £30 million for Grant lolCan only think Sam Johnstone is going to Stoke and this has been proposed as a swop deal.
Or Andy Goram
Aye, it'd make perfect sense really. Can't expect posters to see common sense though. If there’s even a single person that can get annoyed about us signing a 3rd choice keeper who has played over 20 PL games in the previous season and won’t moan about not playing, thus allowing us to loan out our young keepers to bring them on, then they’re a massive weirdo.
Signing a solid-ish, homegrown keeper and seeing where the likes of Henderson and Pereira end up after a season of first team football is utterly logical. The quality of experience gained by being a no. 1 elsewhere will far outweigh training with the first team at United and sitting on the bench in a few cup games. Young goalkeepers, more than anything, need games.
I can't remember us ever needing 3 goalkeepers in a season. We had de Gea, Romero and Valdes a couple of seasons ago and it was pointless. I reckon we could've loaned out our young goalies without needing another experienced one.Not overly bothered but why does a team need more than 2 keepers anyway.

One of them.Is he the new Andy Goram.
Remind me never to recommend you as a risk manager.I can't remember us ever needing 3 goalkeepers in a season. We had de Gea, Romero and Valdes a couple of seasons ago and it was pointless. I reckon we could've loaned out our young goalies without needing another experienced one.
I thought we were friends!Remind me never to recommend you as a risk manager.
If De Gea will be out for 4 months in September and Kovar/Fojticek will be on the bench then people will blame Mourinho
He'll go on loan. What exactly is twiddling his thumbs in the stands never playing a game going to do for his career? Why not just sign O'Shea for 3rd choice GK if we aren't going to trust the youth team? I thought that Joel kid was decent...maybe I'm wrong.
