This is the type of signing I was expecting. Ten Hag being able to get the best out of a stalled player and bring him up a level
One year left on his contract according to transfermarkt, so will be cheap as well.
He’s great. Surely PSG won’t sell him.
Know nothing about him. What does he play like?
With Vitinha joining them I wonder how much gametine he'd be likely to get. I wouldn't be against it personally, seems a potentially canny transfer.
Very aggressive type of player and can keep possession based on what I watched him playing vs us and other CL games. He was the one who made Fred to lose his temper but got away with only yellow card (eventually got a red in 2nd half).Know nothing about him. What does he play like?
Meaning: he is always the biggest cnut on the pitchCleverley.
Say no more, do not wantCleverley.

Come on, il n'est pas si mal. He just needs a change of scenery. Him next to De Jong would do wonders for our midfield. Are there better players that we could get? Yes but he would compliment what he have pretty well.Cleverley.
Wish we were the ones in for Sanches instead especially with Lille reportedly asking for 20mThink they're trying for Renato Sanches too so surely looking to move one or two midfielders on.
Oh, i agree. He is nothing special. And on top of that he is a massive cnut.He is shit, he has no business being on PSG's bench, let alone playing.
Don't see it with him. He's a poor man's Fred with a wicked shotWish we were the ones in for Sanches instead especially with Lille reportedly asking for 20m

His game has matured tremendously since he was at Bayern and Swansea. Played a big part in Lilles title winning team a year ago and he's been one of Portugals best for the NT.Don't see it with him. He's a poor man's Fred with a wicked shot
As a footballer?
His inability to stay fit is the real problem with him. He’s never clocked more than league 20 starts for Lille in the three seasons he’s been there. His game has matured tremendously since he was at Bayern and Swansea. We could use what he offers in midfield with his workrate and ball winning ability. There's a reason Klopp wanted to sign him last summer before he got injured
Good. Love smart players. We need some more game intelligence in the side.Cleverley.
Not sure he is what we need after Frenkie.
I like him too but I think he’s been really injury prone in the last two years or more. His game has matured tremendously since he was at Bayern and Swansea. Played a big part in Lilles title winning team a year ago and he's been one of Portugals best for the NT.

Not really a fan tbh, have yet to impressed anytime I've watched him for PSG
So who is in that position then?
He’d be our number 2 target if we fail to get FDJ so he’s just our next transfer?Does "number 1 target after FDJ" mean the player we'd turn to if we can't get FDJ or our next priority target after we get FDJ?
He and Fred would compete more than adequately. Paredes is a hot head but he has great technique. He'd complement Fred and McTominay?
I like him. He's the sort of player I'd expect us to target, someone with ability and something to prove. I think he's an alternative to de Jong with more bite and less intelligence I'd say. I think he'd suit English football. Would rather have de Jong but I like Paredes as an alternative. We need a ball player with positional discipline to compliment the dynamism of Fred or mctominay. They are both better players when they're allowed to press and break forward, with a holding midfielder behind them.
