I was actually surprised at how good a box it was when Onenil started producing his options. From what I gather, previous picks also followed that logic. It's very very rare for non-loanees to change clubs three windows in a row. Even Why always me doesn't.

I don't know, I haven't landed there so never bothered but probably interesting to know what others interpreted. Suarez would have been picked earlier by one of those who landed there I think. Didn't @RedTiger @Šjor Bepo & @Marty1968 decide for a re-roll when they landed there? That would be weird to do with someone like Suarez available but of course only they can tell.

we knew Suarez was available but we needed additions in other sections of the team, in the end we shoot ourselves in the foot as we got even worse box with another players that we dont need but feck it, lady luck decided against us :(

FWIW both of my picks from Transfree box (Pirlo, Samuel) transferred only once in those 3 transfer window. Same for some other picks in that box. Suarez was standout from that box, but I needed reinforcement elsewhere.
 
I took that box to me transferred in any one of the seasons not all 3, if it's the latter then that's a ridiculous box in a board with already too many shite options
 
Yeah no way it's in all 3 as I can't think of a single player to have done so really. My pick only transferred once aswell

I'm pretty sure it's one of those windows. As others have mentioned, players have been picked that only changed in one of them. Plus there was this exchange between Enigma and EAP early on:
