Roberto with another mare.

I can't believe Barcelona didn't buy a RB this summer.

Been saying, he was great in a lot of matches against lesser teams, but days like this or against City are where he has to show that he has a real claim to be our main RB

So long, he not only fails to do that, he's saying "get me out of here now"

I was a fan of Jorge Sampaoli's Chile side, and he has Sevilla playing some good stuff already.

Why did the Sevilla player attempt to play a back pass? He was in one on one, madness.

Agreed. He is another of my favorite younger managers taking Bielsa's tactical concepts but tweaking them slightly whereever he is. I really like how he gets his sides playing.

Coke would have been a great signing for the RB position.

Barcelona look awful.

They've not been impressive this season.

Think their midfield is letting them down + injuries. Busquets has not been himself either.

Playing Nasri as a CM next to N'Zonzi against Barca is a ballsy move.

Great counter attacking goal from Barca. That's the danger with them.

Messi does it again.

His finishing has been superb this season. Reminiscent of 2012-2013.

Sevilla were so dominant and then Messi pops up and does his thing. He's just too good.

If Barca didn't have Messi they would be so fecked...

Then again they have Neymar and Suarez so maybe not

We played like dog shit, but we still won, thanks in large part to Bale and Morata. Thought Nacho was good too and Modric off the bench. The rest garbage. The game was pretty out of control though, they just kept fouling us because they could get away with it, how Morata didn't punch someone in the face I will never know.

Agree with the mentioned players, Nacho is a good call. Kroos deserves a mention too, good all-round performance as usual.

@FC Ronaldo What were your impressions? It always looks different in the stadium than on TV.

Agree with Nacho. I'm not just saying this because I'm clearly biased but Ronaldo was totally done over by a poor team behind him. He made so many off the shoulder runs and simply wasn't played in through bad decision and delivery behind him. He was quite selfless today too though the amount of moaning (that card was the first I've ever seen of that nature - crazy) was horrendously bad. Kroos and Nacho stood out.

I thought Kovacic, Marcelo and Carvajal had very poor first halves. I thought Morata was poor too. Ok he got fouled a lot but his decision making and general play weren't great. His work rate made up for it (ran back to cover full backs twice from memory) and tbf, his one clear chance was well made and taken but he also cost Real 3 or 4 opportunities with bad choices. Bale scored 2 in the first half but his actual in game play wasn't great. He did much better in the second half - as did Marcelo.

Modric absolutely oozes the aurora of a quality player.

They also have the refs. Rakitic could have covered the goalies eyes with his hands for that goal and it would be OK.

There's ofside and there's no such thing for Barca.

80 goals/assists for Messi in 2016 now.

Ronaldo has 60. Griezmann 48 and Suarez 74.

Ronaldo will win the award but I think there's a claim for all 4.

None of them deserves it. Griezmann is a loser and these 3 are all proper cnuts.

The kids will look up to them. It's pathetic.

Much better from Barca this half, they look very dangerous right now.
