Don't think they're going to comeback from this Barcelona has this game in the bag.

Messi showing his greatness by touching the ball with both feet before scoring.

I'm guessing Isco's recent form has made it much more likely that he'll sign a new contract and therefore made it even more unlikely than it already was that he could potentially think about a move to Spurs? :(

Good win for Real though, with a very changed team.

They have pulled a goal back. That sort of defending is why Barca could this time be going out of the CL. Come on Barca. I want you to help Bilbao here. Just like that.

Busquets shows the world why he's still the best DM in the world

The Molinon chanting Isco's name. That's the stadium were the "asi asi asi gana el madrid" began. They hate us. And they were chanting his name. That's how good he was today

Bale is not playing well, especially for the injury, but imagine that he had not been injured in Germany, and that he was available on Tuesday. I would sit him, and many other fans too, but it is not easy to sit players who have that "star level", especially in a match of that significance, it seems that you are pointing him.
The same with Morata, I do not remember a game in which he hasn´t scored, but at the moment of truth, he plays against Sporting and Karim against Bayern, by hierarchy, veterany in the locker room, or simply by his name.
The same with Cristiano, he has had very bad games, but who has the balls to sit him in the half time to give minutes to someone else.
What you say is true, but honestly, i believe the first XI should be picked on merit. Isco has been by far our best player for 2-3 months now. He was our best player aside from cristiano's hat trick at the calderon when we put the pateticos back in their place

He's our best player and we're better with him on the pitch. He has to play. Right now, drop Bale. If Bale gets his form back, rotate more. Benzema when in form is both fantastic and incredibly important for us, more so than Bale i'd say, still Isco should be rotating with modric, kroos, bale and benzema

Wtf? I thought this game was already done with Barcelona having a lead of two goals. Normally they're super hard to beat once they take the lead whilst being shit when trying to catch up so I wasn't expecting this type of score board some minutes later xD.

For Isco to play I also think is more important to have Benzema so Isco can play behind him; he is considered a midfielder but he plays better the closer he is to the net and Benzema is very good for a more elaborated style that would allow Isco to be more dangerous and decisive.

I would also like him to play, but this problem comes from a distance.
Already with Ancelotti he only got minutes when Bale was injured, which coincided with that great streak at the end of the year.
Press and fans agreed that with 442 in certain games the team had much more ease, however as soon as the top three became available the routine of 4-3-3 started again.
Ancelotti commented (I believe in a book) Florentino's interference with Bale, with the "to change Bale is an attack to me". Seeing that, what can be expected of Zidane and his closeness to the president. He was given the freedom to sit James (much to his regret) but in the case of Bale I see it more complicated.

@carvajal yeah, i know, that's the problem with Flo. Mind, if Bale reverts to his 2016 form i'd have no problem with it. But right now, he needs to let Zidane pick the players. Flo sacked our best manager since Del Bosque because of that, and had Zidane not worked, he'd thrown away a seson AND burned Zidane as a manager for us.

They should have kept Vela in, he wasn't getting the ball much but he has the talent to make something happen or at least to get one Barcelona defender sent off.

Real Sociedad has created enough to at least draw this game, it's a shame Vela was subbed and they don't have someone like Griezmann anymore.
