IIRC, Diego Alves' penalty saving record is more than 50%? Insane. Great game this.
His record is fantastic. Easily the best penalty stopper around.IIRC, Diego Alves' penalty saving record is more than 50%? Insane. Great game this.
Ancelotti out, Bale sold, Ronaldo villified. Wonder what else'll happen over the summer at Real.
nah thats handaDiego Alves with ANOTHER penalty save.
Best keeper in the world at saving penalties.

There or thereabouts, yep. Just over 50% I believe.
Nothing, if they win the big one.
Think it's %50. 16 saves outta 32 penalties. Ridiculous stat.
Diego Alves was the former Real Madrid goalkeeper, wasn't he?
Diego Alves with ANOTHER penalty save.
Best keeper in the world at saving penalties.
To rest them in such a game is insane, I don't understand what Carlo's thinking. So that's all 3 subs done, why didn't he just start with Carvajal and Marcelo
Yashin apparently had saved more than 150 penalties in his career, though no idea what is his ratio. Likely bigger than 50% so, I doubt he had to deal with 300 penalties or more in his career.Lev Yashin had a crazy penalty record, but Alves is probably the best keeper I've seen in recent history saving penalties.
Even the great keepers such as Schmeichel were renowned for bad penalty saving records.
That's pretty amazing.Look at Alves' anticipation. Unbelievable. This guys a ninja. 50 percent save ratio, never seen anything like it.
