Pique is trying to switch shirts with him, I doubt he'll come back out for the second half.
Other way around

They're not necessarily good mates. Martial strikes me as a bit of a weirdo loner in the Anelka mould. Is having Martial gonna be an asset or a hindrance for us? They must be pretty good mates, right? But will Martial's struggles this year gonna be a turn off for Mbappe?
There's no inevitability about anything unless he specifically pushes for a move to Madrid and Madrid stump the necessary astronomical fee, which will probably be comfortably more than the Martial fee.So I see Sergio Ramos has said Real would welcome Mbappe with "open arms" if he was to consider moving there.
There's just a sense of inevitability about him going to Real tbh, just like there was when they were linked with Benzema. Would be great if we could pull it off though.
Pep Guardiola would approve it. His fanboys wouldn't mind it either. There's no way we sign both Griezmann and Mbappe. It's one or the other for the simple facts that such transfer would stretch even United's finances and you can't really shoehorn both into an effective side. The team you listed would be far too open imo, as Herrera would effectively be playing as a one midfield at times due to Pogba's attacking tendencies.
Well no. That would be The ZlatanWoody has the biggest dick in Europe.

You're probably right in that a few English clubs will smash the £200m mark this summer, but if we sign both Griezmann and Mbappe, that's already close to £200m on just two players. Considering that there are other areas of the team whichshould be addressed this summer, and considering that even average players cost more than £20m these days, I don't think United will buy both unless we spend close to £300m which probably won't happen.I'm not so sure I can see the English teams obliterating the Spanish, Italian and German teams in the transfer market this year. I think there will be clubs that bypass the £200m transfer mark this forthcoming summer. Us Chelsea and City being the ones I really mean.

Exactly. Signing both Griezmann and Mbappe just won't happen, especially in one summer.I believe we hit the buffers last year at 150m, so no, not likely to hot 300m
I think in the long run it would pay divident to just buy AS Monaco, let they do their things but transfer their best players to us, give them some of our reject and young talents so they can develop them again etc, but we cant play CL/EL at the same time then. Can't we just buy France? Surely it must be cheaper than spending world record fees on single players.

You stoke my inner muppet well. If this doesn't happen now, I blame my breakdown all on youWatch.
We are getting both.

In reality we'll get neither. Anyway, I just hope we get a defensive midfielder, winger and a experienced defender.Watch.
We are getting both.
Thing is, with the way the money is flowing in the PL in general and to us specifically, I really think the genuinely best players at Utd will be priced out even for Real Madrid in few year's time.He says players join Madrid at the peak of their careers and that he's not there yet. Looks like he really does have his head set in Madrid.
No he doesn't. He was specifically asked about a move to real madrid so he answered. He says players join Madrid at the peak of their careers and that he's not there yet. Looks like he really does have his head set in Madrid.
Modric, Bale, Kroos?and we've never really lost out to Real in a direct fight for a player since our financial power increased to current standards

Benzema and Varane too.Modric, Bale, Kroos?
Mbappé looks like a big, strong, athletic, fast and hugely promising young striker.
Don't we already have two of those?
Mbappe has already turned down Madrid once. They invited him over showed him around, whipped out Zidanne to give him the tour and he opted to stay at Monaco. So he clearly has a brain. Also his idol played and was mounded in Manchester. That's exactly what I've been trying to make people on this forum understand. It's not about being scared of Madrid poaching our players but I want there to be some sort of loyalty towards the club especially since we don't have many senior players left at the club. And why wouldn't Mbappe want to go to Madrid, his idol plays there at the moment. The weather is much much better than Manchester. And Madrid are taking interest in him for sure. He's not the finished article yet. Once he's been firing 30-40 goals a season, that's when they'll start poaching.
I dunno how true it is but Fabinho said that Mbappe would want to leave Monaco for clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid
On a side note, I would prefer Dembele as well but we already have Martial and Rashford who play on the wings.
We won't get him for 40 mill though.Besides who's going to make the chances for this front 3?Yes, but with the right coaching, imagine a floating front 3 consisting of these players. For the right price, I'd take it. I'd say 40m pounds + add-ons is reasonable.
Would prefer Dembele.
Me too but not a hope he is moving anytime soon. He is at the perfect club and league to develop, he personally choose Dortmund last year. Just can't see him move this summer, 2018 at the earliest.Would prefer Dembele.
