Give them a rest, that's the only way they can deal with the absurdity of life and having Wenger renewing a new contract for another 2 years. I would also lose my sanity if I was an Arsenal supporter.
Can't say I've ever seen him play, but I've read that he's the real deal and would therefore obviously like for Liverpool to get him. The prices being tossed around are insane, though. I'm not sure it's real, but I just read yesterday, that he will cost in the excess of 100m. And that's for an 18-year old who's had one good season in France. Insanity. I know that's how it is nowadays, but still. 100m?
From the little I've seen he seems to play off the left off the main striker doesn't he? Either way he's more of a roaming/left forward rather than a centre forward. He'd compete with martial, Mkhitarian and Rashford (when he's not playing as a 9).Mbappe played alongside Falcao not sure how they played (formation wise) but could we replicate that kind of partnership with Morata?
They have no chance.Scouse linked with him?
Scouse linked with him?
There is only one of two outcomes in terms of Mbappe this season...
1. He'll go to Real.
2. He'll stay with Monaco.

People should have understood the fee by now. It has nothing to do with how much he is worth, if it was he would be sold for 20m. It's just that he isn't for sale, Monaco don't want to sell but if someone want to be stupid about it they can offer a world record fee and see what happens.

Looks like he's bound for Real if he leaves Monaco from this, could be good for us though as Benzema is undroppable because of his link up play with Ronaldo who's also undroppable and Mbappe at £100 million will start so could mean Bale leaves.

In all seriousness, I actually don't know why we don't price rivals out of players, especially league rivals. We don't even have to buy them, just cultivate the appearance of doing so.We should do this with all major club targets just to make them pay up more! An 80m bid for Veratti, a 60m bid for Sanchez and so on.

Problem is if they call your bluff and then you suddenly are faced with having won the auction for a player you might actually not really want. If you then don't buy them, agents and clubs will be miffed and the tactic will not work out so well in the future. In all seriousness, I actually don't know why we don't price rivals out of players, especially league rivals. You lose credibility doing that. If you're bidding for a player,it has to be with the intention of signing themIn all seriousness, I actually don't know why we don't price rivals out of players, especially league rivals. We don't even have to buy them, just cultivate the appearance of doing so.
There's actually some Liverpool fans getting happy over the Mbappe rumours
I am wonder if Mbappe has ever heard of Liverpool. He wasn't even born when they last won anything consistently.

For this summer, this is the order of teams with a chance of keeping/getting him:
1. Monaco
2. Madrid
3. United
4. PSG
5. Chelsea

. 998 Liverpool
. 999 Arsenal
If Mbappe is worth/cost £123million, how much is Rashford worth in his 1st season?
And this is why the prices have rocketed the way they have. One club starts by paying silly money for a player they want and then it becomes a case of "well if he was worth that much then our player must be worth even more. it has always been the case but i think it really started to escalate when City signed Robinho
