United have spent money that they earned through football. If you can't see anything shady in the Neymar deal and then this, I can't say anything more. Of course this is all legal, but it's been done by exploiting loopholes in FFP.

FFP rules, owner can't account for more than 30% of club's revenue. So 70% of PSG's money is earned.

From a legal and accounting standpoint, M'bappé will be acquired in July 2018.
In the meantime, PSG will try to
- develop more revenues. For example, the sponsor Emirates will be replaced.
- ask Nike to increase his financial contribution
- sell players: Lucas Moura, Krychowiak, Di Maria and Draxler are likely to move by end of JUly 2018

Signing Neymar alone would have boosted your revenue I'm sure. More people, especially, Brazil and South Americans would start watching PSG now. Like I said, PSG are doing nothing wrong. It's just that FFP has not been implemented properly.

They're offloading players, meaning their eage bill will increase but should still be manageable for this season. It's next season, when Mbappé new contract kicks in that they'll have more problems imho
