Love him.
He does drift out of a lot of games a bit too much. When he gets the ball he's fantastic, but he does let the game go by him a bit too much at times.
Obviously he's so young that it's understandable, but it is one of the few things he clearly has to improve on. It's basically that, improving his speed and physicality, and improving his defending set-pieces in the box. If he does that, he's basically got everything to go to the absolute top.
Oh, and obviously I should say that he was great today!

MOTM and game winner in a derby FA Cup final at 19, with all the odds stacked against us. At his age to show the composure in that post match interview as well after pulling that off is something otherworldly. Kid is an alien.
Not at physically imposing, but the guy is Pogba with a V-10 and the right attitude.
Finding two players who can control and pass the ball to play alongside this kid is key. He’s outrageously good. Imagine how good he’d look without having McTominay and Amrabat as midfield partners. Two elite ballers beside him and I genuinely think we’d be miles ahead of where we are at the min. He just needs better help in midfield

The way he can take the ball on the turn and just float past men like they're not even there is quite rare. More like a Spanish midfielder than English. Lovely clever finish to completely do the keeper as well. The season has had some ups and downs in his performance but for his age he should be absolutely delighted, it goes down as a remarkable performance considering the team performance did nothing to help.
Out of interest, what position did he play mostly in the youth teams? I've never really thought to look.

There was an n occasion in the first half where he was on the touchline and had 2 city players on him and I thought “feck me he will lose it here In a dangerous place” and he calmly somehow found a pass inside to mctom (I think).

Generational, he's an absolute joke for his age in that position.
Just amazing how top draw he is with a chance on goal. Hopefully we keep him and get the best out of him for many years. He strikes me as a grounded guy and is super talented and focused.
