His composure is extraordinary for his age, if we ever move towards a possession based style he'll fit in like a glove.

Build the midfield around him. Go and get a top class midfielder that compliments his style of play. Stylistically, a better version of Amrabat would be ideal.

Likened him to Modric, the midfield maestro. Also can develop into Iniesta type. Yeah, I don't think he's a Seedorf type, who's much more explosive.

Anyway, the boy has composure beyond his years.
I think he is much more similar to Iniesta in dribbling style than just about anyone, doesn't have the same eye for pass yet (and few ever did) as an Iniesta, Fabregas, or Modric, but it is hard to find midfielders as good at close dribbling as him.

Yes. His close control is unreal (for his age). Receiving passes on tight area, and surrounding awareness are top notch.
