KNVB Cup Final | Ajax v PSV | PSV win

I think it will be Dalot, although I'd love us to ship AWB straight out who would buy him? You'd expect a lower table side to want him due to his 1v1 defending, but his wages will rule them all out.
No idea, Newcastle wouldn't work since they've signed Trippier. So our only hope is he shows a bit of ambition and drops his wage demands to go somewhere else. Otherwise I can just see him staying put to collect his wages, he's never really been part of England's setup so I don't think he'll care about lack of playing time since he won't be making the England squad irrespective whether he plays for us or not. Our only tenuous hope is Ten Hag manages to repurpose him in a new position (CB?), otherwise we're stuck with him. Cheers Ole!

That half felt like 15 minutes. Ajax doesn't seem to stop go at it.
I really hope he can get us playing this way. there’s no reason we can’t but it seems so difficult to get a tune out of these muppets.

Let’s hope in 2/3 years we are all saying the same thing about united

Hence the lack of feistiness, which is the second part of my statement. It goes straight to debate about what a rivalry should look like on the pitch. I just cannot appreciate a rivalry without those feisty moments building up the folklore.
There really isn't a lot of rivalvy between these teams. The only rivalry that matters in Holland is the Ajax Feyenoord one.

It's feisty because apart from being a cup final, Martinez is a knob, the ref is a bit shit and they're playing in Rotterdam.

I'll take Gravenbach and Timber please.

This Ajax defence is so open and ripe to be hit on a counter. Reckon if we play this way Maguire is in for a torrid time. Think lindelof and varane would do well, but definitely require mobile defenders.

Gravenbach is very interesting, hes like a slightly less technical pogba but with better athleticism. Really like the look of him.

Timber seems a bit on the small side but his speed and ball skills are really good. All in all been a 50/50 ish game, psv got a good press and could hit Ajax on the counter.

How is Sangare playing? those guys at Tifo love him. Also had no clue Mario Gotze was playing in Holland.

That is the worry, however you'd expect money to talk. Timber looks a real player that could step up. Shame we can't watch Antony today
I don't think we have enough to throw around on single players.

Yeah love the kid but he's smaller than Blind. Might get bumped around in the PL like lindelof

It's important to note that the way Ajax play isn't solely down to Ten Hag, they've had an established style of play for years. We'll see his true level as a coach when he comes to United.

We’re going to need more asthmatics in the team to be able to play with this intensity ;)

It's amazing how Ajax youngsters already can make fast & correct decisions in extreme tempo.

That coaching setup doing well.

Indeed, i like that Ajax play with 7 players from the academy today(with Stekelenburg being in the academy 30 years ago of course  )

That is what a good academy that sticks to it's philosophy can do.

Feels like the time we watched Bayern vs Dortmund cup final in anticipation of the Kagawa signing

The amount of Dutch I understand is annoying me. Partial blending with German then it goes flfgfrdrdggg again. Constantly dipping in and out of understanding what they're saying.
