Yeah it's definitely him.

Think he'll do a great job of turning them around as well... maybe not this season, but certainly next/year after.
 
Sadly I'll have to jump the bandwagon and it seems logical that they've got some big name lined up if they've sacked this shitehouse with an immediate effect. It's either him or Carlo.

Or Moyes.
 
This seems nailed on at this point. Still think they are too average for Klopp to do anything with though so not as worried as some of you.
 
It would really annoy me if he went there. Mostly because of his ability and the fact I think he'd do well but also because I quite like him.

What's Steve Kean up to these days? that's the man Liverpool should be after.
 
Hope he lives in an area with dodgy phone signal.

Either that or he's on Vodafone, both have similar outcomes.

I added top 4 after I pushed submit. But at the same time, this season is mental so who knows.

Defence is crap, but they can just go all out attack and hope for the best. They have some talented players in Coutinho, Sturridge and Benteke
 
It'll be Carlo. Klopp will wait for the Chelsea job
 
Wouldn't mind Ancelotti as he is best suited to Europe.

His league record isn't amazing as others.
 
Carlo needs better players. I doubt he'll get them back into the top four. Unless Chelsea don't turn it around at all.
 
I like Carlo. I know very little about Klopp.
I hope they get Klopp.. he'll be easier to dislike

Away from the unnecessary insults, both managers are at different ends of their careers. Whilst LVG record is undoubtedly better than Klopps is at the moment, the German still has a very impressive record and also time on his side to match/surpass LVG in terms of honours etc.

Jurgen is a manager who'll bring attacking football to Liverpool, he has an eye for talent and has showed with Dortmund (the two title winning seasons) he can get the best out of the squad he has available.
 
Hope it's Klopp as I like Ancelotti more plus he is more proven in that he's been successful at a few top clubs.

Of course I'd prefer someone like Alan Pardew even more. God, if you're listening....
 
Funnily enough, i would be happy with Carlo. Great manager, but not with that squad i think.

It's going to be Klopp he fits better to Liverpool than to a team like Chelsea or City and he likes to work with young players of which Liverpool have quite a lot.

Carlo will take over from Mou at Chelsea if they fire him.

Again with this. Why would Carlo go back to Chelsea? He won the league and finished second. Got sacked for finishing second.
 
General consensus is that it's Ancelotti.

Ancelotti has already been fired from Chelsea once, don't see him going there again
 
Ah feck it. I'm tired of waiting for the Mystical Klopp. Let him go there; let's see what he can do.
 
Even Klopp won't achieve much there. I have full faith in the water they drink over their that stimulates delusion.
 
Liverpool is surely too much of a gamble for Klopp.

The odds of success are slim and the cost (loss of reputation) is great. At the moment he is regarded so highly and could probably have his pick of any job that becomes available...a bad stint at Liverpool and he will be a nobody again.
 
Can we sack philosophy and sign Ancelotti now?
 
He'd go from being loved by everyone to being hated by most people if he goes there.

Though..... that would happen if he went to any English club

Highly doubt that though. Most clubs can see through the difference in quality between Arsenal/United/City/Chelsea and Liverpool. For him to actually achieve anything with Liverpool would be quite a miracle.
 
About Ancelotti, he was planning to take year off and undergo surgery for something spine related. That was one of the reason he didn't go to Milan i summer. Not sure how that went and does he want to be back now.
 
Please be Ancelotti, Carlo is just so inoffensive that it wont matter to me, but Klopp needs to be LvG's successor and I don't want him tainted.
