He has been outstanding this WC so far, was his first match imo where he was bad.
No way. He was very poor against Panama, although he had that magical assist to Lukaku which made people forget about it. In the group stages in general he was pretty average although he was playing out of position. Today again he was very poor, but you could see the quality he possesses with that insane ball to LukakuHe has been outstanding this WC so far, was his first match imo where he was bad.
He is a victim of his versatility because when he's playing in an unfamiliar position, he produces 60/70% of his ability. In the group stages and qualifiers I thought he wasn't close enough to opposition to cause them much problems. Against France he was playing out of position but against Brazil he was a different animal. That's De Bruyne for you. In hindsight maybe Martinez should have used Carrasco and ChadlI as wing backs and allowed Witsel and Fellaini hold whilst playing KDB off Lukaku. No way. Rivalry is one thing but its pathetic to see many rival fans getting happy for this in the comments section.
Wouldn't say I'm happy, I wouldn't wish the injury on him but I can see the benefit that one of our rivals has just lost their best player for potentially 2 months. I won't shed any tears, that's for sure.Rivalry is one thing but its pathetic to see many rival fans getting happy for this in the comments section.

That's a bad tackle. I am happy that Guendouzi wasn't injured from that.
I think he was injured in training and not during the match. That's a bad tackle. I am happy that Guendouzi wasn't injured from that.
True that. It's also quite funny how there was no mention of us losing pogba for almost 3 months and then getting harshly suspended for the first derby. I bet if kdb is out for even a month , press would mention that countless timesI would never be happy about any player getting injured. What I will say though, is that they were incredibly lucky last season to have few key injuries.
“No, Dougal. This is a small cow. That cow is far away.”

It was even more frustrating considering how well Pogba started the season too.True that. They practically waltzed to victory over Arsenal without him or David Silva, it's ridiculous really isn't it.Sucks for him but City have so much cover for the attacking positions it might not even matter all that much until the champions league starts.

Good chance for B.Silva and Foden, and potential for Mahrez behind the striker given the next 6 league games we have.
Don’t you mean Moscow?Get him over to Spain for some "treatment".
Barnardo doesn’t play in the same way. Foden is nowhere near ready to step into that role.Good chance for B.Silva and Foden, and potential for Mahrez behind the striker given the next 6 league games we have.
Foden was going to get games before this injury. He may get a few more now. You're joking, right?
Sure, as demonstrated by the whooping 43 minutes he played in the league last season. Even though you were champions in what feels like february.Foden was going to get games before this injury. He may get a few more now.
Pep believes that he’s a potentially excellent player and fully intends to give him every chance to prove it.
