I wonder why we're being linked to him for next month? Makes no sense, if we buy January it'd have to be someone who addresses an issue, such as right wing, not a young promising player who we'd be foolish to utilise in the second half of the season.

We are most likely to buy 1 or 2 players in January and maybe to avoid a bidding war in summer buy Kluivert and loan him till end of season.

He definitely looks more exciting than Malcom. Our attack lacks pace and urgency in the final third. This guy looks a much better player than Rashford. Kluivert and Pulisic would be exciting additions for the wing. Justin's first touch is very good and he will only get better. My only concern is whether he can cut in the PL or end up like Memphis. I think he's worth taking a risk on especially since he'll cost around 15m max.
We will need a working formation and a solid identity and principles of the game.
Without one we could have the likes of mata/pogba/mkhi and they'll somehow look clueless playing for us.

Different to Depay, Kluivert plays at a high tempo and his dribbling in close quarters is very impressive. Depay I was sceptical about and I was doubtful he would live upto the unfair expectations.
We should try and sign him if he is available because most top clubs will start circling him soon.
He's actually pretty quick. Sane is pretty quick as well but Justin is no slouch either. I think we should get him before the likes of Barcelona or PSG come calling.

I'd like to think his head will be a bit more screwed on than Depay's, especially because his dad was such a great player and can keep him grounded.
The problem with Memphis wasn't his head,it was lack of ability at PL level. Wasn't his fault,he had an awful manager in LVG to guide him
That video above fills me with nothing but dread. Please tell me he has a little more pace than that? Memphis all over again. Martial is also a better player in that same position.
The problem with Memphis was that he put on too much muscle and hence lost a lot pace, along with having mediocre technical ability. This meant that Memphis rarely dribbled past opposition full back as he didn't have the technical dribbling ability or the pace to get past. With Kluivert, or even say Pulisic, even though they might not lightening quick, they still accelerate much faster along with having far superior technical ability. Martial not only has more pace than Memphis, but his close control, dribbling and acceleration are also vastly superior. Pace is more noticeably important for players like Rashford, who has to rely on it to get past opposition due to fairly average dribbling ability.
The obsession with pace merchants on here is staggering. This isn’t FIFA ffs.

All the best players in the top end of the pitch have very quick acceleration/pace. So really people are just obsessed with good players.
Completely false.
Silva, Kane, Eriksen, Ozil, Morata to name a few from the PL alone. Zlatan last season. Not blessed with great pace but excellent players. If you have pace in other areas of the side these type of players can be as good as anyone. It’s always a useful attribute but to dismiss players outright because they’re not speed merchants is laughable.
Kluivert is hardly slow either. Looks similar to Mahrez in that he may not have great straight line speed but can shift his feet quickly to get by players.
All those players have very quick acceleration over a few yards when they need it.

We balls'd up signing his dad from Milan > Barca so we should sign this guy just because of that, if we get him early its cheap if he becomes Jordi Cruyff, so no loss. If we wait though, he could be a pricey flop or the other big clubs go sniffing and he inevitably turns into a more Chris Eubank Jr kind of talent.
