A draw would suit us so Spurs aren't on a roll for nex week.
Interesting stats for 2017 considering how they like to say they are the next big thing because of Klopp and we are on a nosedive because of Jose.
United and Liverpool played 27
United won 14 Liverpool 12
11 draws vs 10
2 losses vs 5
46 goals vs. 43
12 conceded vs. 32
17 clean sheets vs.8
34 goal diff vs. 12
2 cups vs. 0
This season
6 wins vs. 3
2 draws vs. 4
0 losses vs. 1
21 goals vs. 13 scored
2 conceded vs. 12 conceded
7 clean sheets vs. 2
So since most on here have assumed we are out of the title race, I guess some of you will be wanting us to take some points off Spurs? Lol jk.
Want to give us a quote from someone for that bolded bit ? I've never seen a single Liverpool fan pn here say anything even close to that. You've a great imagination though, give you that.Interesting stats for 2017 considering how they like to say they are the next big thing because of Klopp and we are on a nosedive because of Jose.

Also nice to pick up on this seasons stats showing your performances that are mainly versus mid-table or relegation fodder (bar Liverpool) vs. LFCs that include City, Arsenal and United. Let's at least wait until mid-season when a proper evaluation can be made.
Any comment on the fact Jose and Klopp have actually won the identical number of points (I think it is 83) since Jose took over (not even going to get into the respective amounts spent in the transfer market) ?
Or the below (1 goal in last NINE away matches vs. Top 6) ? It was an interesting PoV from Carra to say that your performances against other Top 6 teams (should they remain in the same vein this season) could cost you the title.
He also quoted THIS season's stats .. which is what I responded to.It's for the calendar year 2017. It includes trips to Arsenal,Spurs,City,Liverpool and home game V Chelsea. The Spurs and Arsenal game we fielded weaker teams.
Also our results away v the top 6 only needs a slight improvement.
Last season Chelsea away to the top 6:
Arsenal 3-0 Chelsea
Man city 1-3 Chelsea
Spurs 2-0 Chelsea 0
Liverpool 1-1 Chelsea
Man utd 2-0 Chelsea
They managed to win a whole 2 more points(in away games v top 6) than us yet they finished 24 points ahead of us because they didn't draw a load of matches at home to the "lesser" teams. They also came within 2 points of equaling the all time points total. We will be fine v the rest of the top 6.
Our biggest area for improvement is beating the "lesser" teams.
Liverpool also dropped points against Burnley, Watford, Newcastle this season. Same number of points since the start of 2016/2017. That's fine. Klopp already had nearly a years head start on Jose. The stat is showing the most recent points. The last (and current) calendar year and the current season one shows a superior record and progression the other shows regression. Regarding Jose's poor away form I'd say given the areas we have slowly improved in 2017 it's not unfathomable to believe those stats improve also. Also the league has more relegation fodder/mid table teams than other top 6 teams.Want to give us a quote from someone for that bolded bit ? So in other words you didn't compensate for the quality of opposition or obvious impact on results then. Noted.Liverpool also dropped points against Burnley, Watford, Newcastle this season. No, I went over two periods of time - a long one (calendar year 2017 where everyone's played everyone) and a short one (current season). You can only play what's in front of you. Liverpool did well against top 6 last season, we struggled against the teams we've smashed this season. I think the directions of both teams are beginning to look a little clearer. So in other words you didn't compensate for the quality of opposition or obvious impact on results then. Noted.
It was rather leaky at Dortmund too. He has serious trouble with organizing his teams defensively. How was his defence at Dortmund?
Because at Liverpool, it's absolutely pathetic.

He’s not. We were equally as bad under Rodgers. He's making Rodgers' Liverpool defence look like a 90s Milan side by comparison.

Que the stupid comparison between our performance and Spur's...
Yes it was. Not 2-goals-a-game leaky but certainly not 'solid' IMO.It really wasn't though.
It really wasn't though.
The sack is coming for Klopp. The only thing he had left was doing well against the big teams.
