Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

The sack is coming for Klopp. The only thing he had left was doing well against the big teams.

Disagree. FSG seem happy to work with him. There might be a bit of unrest among the fans, but not a great majority want him out as they have bought the whole "he is a world class manager" spiel. Even if he fails to make top 4, I think he will get the next season barring a terrible collapse ala Everton.

He's in a great position. Big fat contract and a fanbase deluded enough to not criticise him because he is great in press conferences.

Christ, most away goals conceded out of any team this season.

Liverpool are looking like a mid table team, forget about top 4 im not even sure they can make top 6.

I wouldnt be surprised one bit if Watford finish above them this season.

Liverpool would be stupid to sack him.

I'd be shocked if they allowed their problems at the back to go unaddressed in January.
Why shocked? He did nothing about it last window. It was VvD or no one.

Sacking him would only be stupid if an upgrade isn't available. I can think of at least one out of work manager who might fit the bill.

Behind Burnley, Watford and Newcastle now :)

I don’t understand how supporting a manager when the side has a bad result can be seen as deluded? He gets criticised plenty by Liverpool fans (myself included) but should we all act like Arsenal fans when we lose?

@KM is right though. Too many Liverpool fans have bigged up Klopp likes he's the next Sir Alex Ferguson.

He's ultimately failing and failing big style at Liverpool.

He can't even win the 'big' games now either.

Amazingly we’ve only conceded one goal at home. Weird how we’re so hopeless away.

Because he's a great manager, silliness on here aside. If he makes the same mistake in January/the summer then we can have that discussion.

Go on.

I don’t think anyone has rated him that highly. It sometimes feels like anytime Liverpool fans support the manager in bad times it’s seen as deluded.

I don’t disagree that Klopp is struggling but it’s not helpful if fans aren’t getting behind the team and manager at times like these.

It’s his fault we’re struggling though.

'Stadium is too big. Grass was too green. We shouldn't talk about us, United lost to Huddersfield. United scored offside goal.'

The Liverpool players were clearly tired from having to work so hard last week trying to break through Jose's disgraceful parked bus. Really it's Jose's fault.

Who knew the quote above would be true one week later when he said.

You have to be pragmatic away from home against a good team, be it the league or Europe. Klopp just cannot see it.

Spurs would not have knocked four past us today. They might have won, but they would not score 4.
