They obviously haven't followed him in years because Jose's teams can't defend anymore.

Fair play to him, he's living his best life doing a world tour of Europe's prestigious cities, collecting big severance packages along the way. Probably should have waited to see if Poch finishes the season empty handed at PSG to see if he had a chance of getting the Paris gig next season though.
This is probably very true.Perfect move. I have said it before, he should go back to Serie A and take Roma or Lazio or Napoli. His style and man management will suit Serie A and Roma would be ideal for him. There are some good players in there and good experience players.
How does the man keep getting these good jobs? Living on his past.
PSG won’t touch him. His stock has remained high in Italy after what he did in 2010 but if he fails there then where he goes is limited. MLS, national team perhaps.Fair play to him, he's living his best life doing a world tour of Europe's prestigious cities, collecting big severance packages along the way. First thing I thought of.Mkhitaryan will be thrilled
GeniusI'd be 6-2 my stomach if I was a Roma fan right now.
couple of seasons probably... that said i think hes got a good shot of getting a cl spot for them in that time and it will be 3 seasons since they managed that so on that basis probably makes senseI wonder how long he will last before he's alienated all the players, thrown them under the bus, they down tools then he gets his next pay day.
Well I have a nice bridge to sell this man...
I wonder how the potential severance package is looking like
To motivate the players against our gameWhy wouldn't you wait an announce this on Friday after they get knocked out?
Seems odd to start his management with getting knocked out of a cup.
He's taken on a tough job there I think.
There are few clubs around Europe I guess. In England, someone mentioned already, clubs like Everton/Newcastle/West Ham/Wolves (in the future, not now). Valencia in Spain maybe, Roma in Italy (think Inter wouldn't risk with him, maybe few years ago but not anymore), Porto.. Of course there's option of managing national team but I think that would be boring to him.
Bailly and Matic hopefullyBe very surprised if he isn't sacked in 12 to 18 months anyway.
Who will he sign there?
He'd want a midfielder to fit his style. When he joined Inter he tried to sign Lampard and Essien but that was rebuffed so Muntari joined.Be very surprised if he isn't sacked in 12 to 18 months anyway.
Who will he sign there? Almost guaranteed to pack the squad with cheap/free experienced players for instant impact.
Perisic
Giroud
Willian
Higuain
Alderwerald
Vertonghen
Matic... maybe Bailly, only 50 mil Pounds, each.Maybe he’ll finally get Perisic & Willian there?
Racking up 40m plus in the processSt Etienne in 2023.
Spartak Moscow in 2025.
Back to Porto in 2027.
I suspect he'll do very well in Serie A. Some people on this forum think he's a conference level manager for some reason.
Forgot the likes of Dier and MaticBe very surprised if he isn't sacked in 12 to 18 months anyway.

On a serious note, he's got more balls than Pep, especially if he actually wins something.
No, he is just crap at this point and is scraping for bottom feeders. Pep never has to resort to taking on Roma and Spurs types because he will always have better options at his disposal. On a serious note, he's got more balls than Pep, especially if he actually wins something.
