Jose Mourinho Sack Watch

At the half way point of the interview, I started thinking that he does have a history of trying to get people to pay attention to him rather than the players when things are going badly. Deflect the criticism to some extent. And I was thinking maybe this was a deliberate thing again, but then the big speech in the second half about being the right one to stay at the club and that the club should keep him definitely doesn't sound like that.

Be careful what you wish for he could get sacked and end up at Liverpool.

Where can I see the interview?

I think it's 90% certain he'll be sacked between now and January. Their main problem is defence and that can't be fixed until January. They will drop a lot of points between now and then and Abramovich will lose patience.
It's 90% that he will be sacked next week for me.

tbh I still think he the best manager in the world.

Personally don't think you can say that anymore after the type of season Chelsea have had so far.

Pep Guardiola is the best manager in the world for me.

Wenger would suffer too, Chelsea arent like Arsenal where the management is reasonable,in a sense, Wenger has the perfect job for him..

I wasn't specifically referring to job security. I meant in terms of would Wenger have Chelsea performing better than they are right now? and What could Mourinho do with this Arsenal side while simultaneously satisfying the fans' needs for beautiful football?

It's either going to be Klopp or one of Roman's fun caretaker picks.

Only way he gets fired is if he calls Abramovich a SuperCock in the boardroom. It's THAT specific.

I'm not sure about that, Pep has managed Barca and Bayern, 2 teams which you are pretty much expected to win every single league due to their domination over the rest of the league, He hasn't come to the premier league yet and until he does we won't know how to compare. Yes they have both managed at the same time in La Liga, but let's not forget the Barca team was out of this world and Real are fecked up by Perez.

Nope.

Abramovich will definitely be letting Ancelotti, Klopp and other prospects know that there is a potential opening, if he hasn't already. He has never been this patient with any manager before. And the way things are going, doesn't look like things can get better for Chelsea.

The only reason he is staying the axe is because they won the league last year. But how does that help with relegation form this time? You can excuse a trophyless season, you can't excuse dropping out of top four with the champions squad + Pedro. And that doesn't look probable on current form.

It is inevitable that Mou gets the sack. The question is, when?

Really? I feel they'll just stick with him this time.....sadly.
Hope I'm wrong!

Right now yes, This players are much better than this ..I think Wenger is a great coach, but staying at Arsenal for so long has neutered him to an extent..Would have loved him to win a European cup, just not with Arsenal unfortunately:D.

As for Jose, he'd win you trophies initially and convince you that was the right way. Has that effect intially. He can play attacking football, did it with Madrid, so maybe he would there too.

I think Pep elevated Barcelona a great deal. He came in and shipped out a lot of deadwood(Ronaldinho and Deco being 2 players). He was the first manager as far as I know to try out Messi in the false 9. He implemented their pressing game which made them a nightmare to play against.

I don't think Pep needs to come to the Prem to prove anything(although I'd love him at United). If he can win a CL with Bayern, he'll have proven enough IMO.

Care to explain?

Not really, I've got drawn into Mourinho v Pep arguments too much and they bore me now.

I don't think it's true that you can't compare managers from different leagues though, and while Pérez isn't perfect, Barcelona were run poorly off-the-pitch when Pep was there.

I'm saying he needs to prove that he is better than Mourinhio, not that he is one of the best managers in the world (which I agree with you, he is).

Balaque is saying he's about to be sacked. ignore this its a fake acount.

Funny that Falcao is the least of their problems.

It's that bad there.

He's a gonna. If he couldn't motivate his players up to this point, no way he's going to get anything out of them now that he's basically thrown half of them under the bus and blamed everyone else but still maintains 'he's the best'.

He's well and truly lost the plot:lol:
