Jose Mourinho Sack Watch

Mourinho doesn't strengthen his side when they are on top. It's something that SAF always said was crucial to do. If you don't, your squad becomes stale and complacent, and you become predictable and get found out by the opposition.

That's not a valid excuse. He added 6 players to his squad, whether they add any quality or not is his and the club's fault. He always signs player and always had good funding behind him at every club he managed. It's just that his team is not that good.

Amazing

It's just shocking how bad he is when it comes to trusting and developing young talents. I can't think of a great manager (and he's obviously one), who has been that bad when it comes to that. There's no way, he'll stay longterm at any club if he doesn't change his approach to youth players.

It annoys me the number of talents he signed only to be loaned out and never to be heard of again.

When did I make excuses for him?

He's losing the plot with his post match conference, get him to a psychiatrist. He sounds like he is going to cry...

Oh boy.. Jose giving a proper speech here... just came out and said if Chelsea sack me, they will sack the best manager they had..

Having a meltdown blaming referees saying they're scared to give anything to Chelsea! Is it just me or did Southampton have 2 clear penalties turned down?

He's genuinely having some sort of breakdown.

It's absolutely ridiculous. I genuinely don't believe he would pick a youth player even if somebody had a loaded gun to his head. It seems like he will only pick the youth players once it is mathematically impossible to win the league (That's what he said anyway).

There is no way this Chelsea team cannot perform a million times better than what they have. It must be the morale, dropping the captain is tricky even if it's timely, and they've also made some medicore acquisitions.

Saying that the club has to sack him if they want to get rid of him - he's not running away. And if the club sacks him, they sack the best manager the club has ever had.

He's definitely under pressure. What a rant

He's telling everyone to assume responsibilities, literally seconds after trying to absolve himself of any blame
