Maybe Ole should point out that he has won more than Jose and that he's actually played football at the highest level, winning everything and knows what it takes from both sides.
Ole should ignore managers who manage clubs which are not relevant to him anymore. Spurs don't matter until next season, Ole doesn't need to waste another second on Mourinho, he's not important.

I don't want to see Jose succeed at another PL team, but it is truly sad to watch the rapid decline. He should stick with talking about the games while he can still get that gig.

Thing is, as a pundit he still talks a good game, so he knows what's going on, just doesn't seem bothered to do them when it's his job on the line.

It's not that simple. If it was, managers like Sacchi, Capello, Cruyff, Eriksson, Lippi, etc would still be as relevant as they were in their career primes.(except Sacchi and Cruyff one for age and other for obvious reasons)
Not only the methodology evolves, but also the motivation and patience for someone who's been at the top for so long to change his way of thinking and working is not easy to achieve.

I hope they go down the hiring an ex-pro route and re hire Tim Sherwood .

Having said that, they might give the gig to Ledley King if he wants it.

I hope not. It seems he is missing the most important ingredient. How to finish a season strong.

Having a big squad filled with quality would help. He didn't have that at Liverpool, and doesn't have that at Leicester. Chelsea might just be in a position to provide him that.

Not a chance they hire Rodgers
You mean to tell me that Daniel Levy will sanction a £20M payoff for Mourinho and then pay Leicester £10M or so for Rodgers?
They just won't have the money

Rumblings about Sarri being lined up as his replacement.
Give me Joseball over Sarriball any day of the week. I absolutely hated watching us play that boring shite every game. I'd rather watch a traffic light.

Will this be the end of Jose's top flight career or will another club see him as the Messiah who can save them. He really has brought nothing to Spurs other than his usual conflict & strange comments.
I can't see him wanting to drop down the pecking order to a lesser club where he isn't able to buy top players & would have to develop youth.
I see him as a full time pundit on TV where he can tell us about his "Specialness"

He'll go back into punditry, likely BIEN sports where Gray and Gorilla-arms Key will regularly kiss his ass.

I watched the whole game again last night, then, I am not sure Jose has finished anymore as many have believed. The way they played the game against us shows a real evolution he seemly wants to implement. They basically want to play the same way that we, pool, Arsenal, Aston Vila , and many other teams in the league. The issue is that it is still a work in process. When they transit back to low block defensive phase, they demand more bodies there including the wingers than us. It’s the small margin when they have those many in the block they tend to become less organized in mindset. It’s like they are purely hoping the other teammates doing things if a situation appears. Our first two goals came from those messy situations that they seemed having everybody in the positions but no one knows what we wanna do. Fred’s penetrating one-two run, and mason’s first time cross, all drew them completely unprepared. I would say that our attacking is amazing and unpredictable. But, they will become better and better if they continue the way they played against us. It needs a lot of games to get the team used to it.
but no matter what, many of their players are cheating cnuts.

What has happened to all his avid fans though because this forum was split in two during his time here. There must be quite afew people who simply can’t believe that such a world class manager could fail yet again. I’m just praying that Ole can finish second with a close enough gap to city and win the Europa so we can say without any doubt that he’s a better manager for us than Mourinho (which he is anyway for me). Even then his cult will point to the points tally difference.

Wait for him to get a good run then they will be back from hibernation with statements like Lazy players, Not backed enough. Heck even if he wins the Carabao, you will see some of them.
I know a guy who still believes Madrid and Zidane's success till date was due to Mourinho. And all the clubs wronged him.
He actually got angry at Pogba for his performance last Sunday cos he believed Pogba stepped it up to spite Mourinho and should be sold by Man Utd for picking only grudge games to show his best.

If he loses the Final against City he'll be sacked in the morning

King? Only coaching experience is an assistant to Jose currently.

I assume Lamps & Gerrard are not in the running.

Not many good options currently. Maybe Scott Parker? He's a former Spur.

He should really leave the premier league for his next gig. I don’t think there is any other league where so much attention is given to a manager’s every word and move. He has a complicated relationship with people and the press here and needs a new setting.

In a different setting, he can be successful. Look at Moyes, the dinosaur-in-chief, doing a great job at West Ham with the right set of players and a club that is happy to buy into his methods.

Quite amazing how their season has gone. They were top of the table in December, now they look unlikely to quality for CL.
