It's a shame he's useless outside the box.

Spurs want to buy him. They can feck right off.
Hernandez deserves to be a starter for the first team , but it seems Welbeck as moved up the pecking order , hate to see him go ,but as i said he deserves to be playing week in week out.
A player who should be playing more than he does
Another attacker doesn't limit Hernandez's chances. The only person he's competing with is RvP given that he doesn't play anywhere else and I'm yet to see anyone wishing we buy an out and out striker this window.Agreed, yet most on here want to bring in another attacker and limit his chances further. If he doesn't get more starts than last season then I wouldn't blame him at all if he wanted to leave

Rooney played a whole half an hour there last season against Norwich at home (despite Robin's ten game dry spell), and Welbeck 2-3 games at most. Yes they can play there but they don't tend to since Robin joined and Moyes has preferred Welbeck behind Robin in the absence of Kagawa/Rooney, not the other way round. Our other attackers are fighting it out for the three positions behind Robin, whilst Chicharito battles for the #9 role. Chicharito played more games in that position last season than Rooney and Welbeck combined. No, that's just really simplistic and you're ignoring the fact that so many of our attackers play in multiple positions.
Rooney and Welbeck both can play as the leading striker, Welbeck did in 2012 with Rooney in behind him - ahead of Hernandez. So not sure what you're talking about here really.
The reason Welbeck got shunted to the left is precisely because we couldn't give him the games up top - he is still a striker, not a winger.
Ignoring Rooney is much more strange though. If Van Persie gets injured then Rooney would be first choice to lead the line if we bought someone like Ozil. If we have Ozil and Kagawa to play as the number 10 then there is no reason that Rooney wouldn't start as a number 9 in Van Persie's absence.
Yep, I'l be amazed if he sticks around for much longer if things continue the way they are.
He must love seeing the club and fans bend over for Rooney despite all his antics and not get a chance himself despite being a model professional and play really well when he actually gets a chance.

I don't think we need another attacking player but if we did get one I don't see why it'd limit Chicha's game time at all.
RvP getting injured is the only likely scenario really seeing as he starts when he's fit, unless he's rested like in the cups when Chicharito would probably play. Adding Özil would most likely impact on Kagawa/Valencia or Young more than Hernandez. No this just isn't true.
I know they were limited last season but so was Hernandez so its a nothing point really, Van Persie started 35 of the 38 games.
If we signed Ozil then we have no need for Rooney to play behind Van Persie do we, as Kagawa and Ozil are both able to play that exact position. So if Van Persie got injured Rooney would be the obvious candidate to replace him as our number 9.
Hernandez wouldn't be second choice when we have Rooney in the squad.
However if there was no Ozil and Rooney was still playing as the number 10 behind the striker then Hernandez might be second choice. Ozil changes that.
Well he isnt as good as Rooney so he has to deal with it harsh as it is. But yeah, with RVP, Rooney and Welbeck, he must wonder how he's going go get regular game time.

He's not given enough starts. We'll look like right muppets if Rooney fecks off next season and Hernandez also thinks "feck this, I need some games" and leaves as well. For the majority of his time here he's just been the 'super sub'.
I'd be surprised if he doesn't seriously look at Spurs' offer, he's not getting enough game time here, and Rooney is staying so... wouldn't begrudge him desiring more game time.
tbh, if I was in his position i'd probably move. Depends on whether or not we'll accept an offer from Tottenham, i'd be asking 20m minimum. No way i'd want him to leave though!

nobody would blame him if he is considering to leave. but he is worth 20-25million pounds at the very least, and again i don't think the board would entertain the idea of selling him to a premiership rival.
but please stay chica...
The issue I have is that he deserves to be playing. He's what 25? Scored 3 goals in the confed cup in pre season and hasn't even made the bench for us in our first 3 games! It's mental and highly frustrating as a fan, don't even want to know how Hernandez must be feeling at the moment.
Not as good as plain telling Spurs to go feck themselves with a rake. He's younger and better than Soldado, so how does £35m sound ?
