Well he certainly shut Roy up, didn't he? I'll bet Keano is feeling pretty foolish this morning, watching Madison slam home that beauty yesterday.

Yes, people saying Maddison was an obvious sgnings baffle me. One, he plays the same position as our best player, and it just wouldn't work with both of them in the line-up.We shouldn't have signed Maddison or Mount. Spurs and Leicester fans have had to go into every season knowing that Maddison will miss a third of the season through injury. The difference between the two players in the 2023 summer window was that there was more evidence of Maddison being an injury-prone player.
"from landscape to portrait mode" hahahahahaThat tap in will definitely have shut Roy Keane up. Spurs are still 12th and will end the season without a trophy as usual. Keane won more as a player than Spurs have since long before I was born.
Maddison has no self awareness at all. I'll never forget him having a pop at Jeremy Clarkson for going bald, and Clarkson was in his late 50's at that point I think - Maddison is going bald now and he's not even 30 yet. The dude's forehead went from landscape to portrait mode in the space of a season at Spurs yet he makes bald jibes to old blokes?
Keane was right though, England do have a massive talent pool to call upon, and he still can't get near it most of the time. That'll hurt Maddison more than a shush will ever bother Keane.
That won't be the most popular opinion to read for people on here who love to bemoan transfers that didn't happen. Personally, I'm relieved we didn't sign him in 2023.Maddison is a flat track bully who will rarely show up when the team isn't flying who also thinks he's far better than he really is, no shock Keane wouldn't rate him
Still gutted we didn’t sign him over Mount. He’s twice the player.
So he’s twice the player then. One can’t get on the pitch. The other makes things happen for his teamHe isn’t, Mount is just never fit.
Absolute thundercnut of a strike that leaves Keane no option but to apologise, via IG.Well he certainly shut Roy up, didn't he? I'll bet Keano is feeling pretty foolish this morning, watching Madison slam home that beauty yesterday.
"Gutted" is a little much no?Still gutted we didn’t sign him over Mount. He’s twice the player.
He's a really good player on his day. It's just that it only seems to be his day every now and then. Seems to have short bursts of excellent form, but that's all it ever is.
Aside from that, he seems to be a bit of a tit. That thing with Maupay was embarrassing. These are grown men, ffs.
He is a slightly better version of Mount who is not even good. Both are not good enough for a top team.He isn’t, Mount is just never fit.
That's hilarious mateThe dude's forehead went from landscape to portrait mode in the space of a season at Spurs yet he makes bald jibes to old blokes?
