Jadon Sancho| Staying at Dortmund for now

I'm not sure Woodward would be able to walk the streets of Manchester ever again if he didn't get Sancho after all this.

He simply has to get the deal sorted, it all seems lined up, SURELY we can't miss an open goal like this ?

We are the worst run big club in world football, by quite some distance, any feck up is possible.

I can't get over the fact that sky sent a journalist to Germany for over a week just so he can get laughed at and be told to go home.

With the advent of fan channels and transfer specific ITK journo’s, Sky Sports have become a clan of tabloid baboons.

It will be complete and abject failure now if we don’t secure him.

It’s fine to get your main target deadline day as I’d rather we get the best even if it’s late. But if we miss out on him and settle for second best or worse no one that would be inexcusable.

Dortmund are going to love it sending Ed packing with his 120 knowing he’s only going to return next summer and promptly pay up after taking a years abuse from our fans. I only hope we get through this season ok and that it’s not Ed involved in recruitment next summer.

2020. The year where Nurse and Balague are correct and quick on transfers

It's off then, kiss of bloody death from that idiot!

Wait what? I got excited looking at that. The bloke hates United so he wouldn't tweet positive news about us unless he genuinely thinks it's true.

But if @Judas is losing faith, then this transfer is definitely going the way of Trump's health right now.

Because he wants to leave but it's not his decision. United haven't paid the money we had to so he'll wait until next summer
How do you know we haven’t paid? We obviously have an offer lodged.

In a game of chicken you wait until the pressure makes the other party blink and accept your offer.

many of us have said this for weeks, that it will happen late, perhaps even the last day. We might be wrong, but we won’t know that until the window is over.

For what it’s worth, I’m more confident now than I’ve ever been this window. It’s going to be a euphoric week ahead. :D

Completely agree.

The Sky reporter said earlier that nobody in Germany is talking about this transfer because it’s already been said a million times he’s staying. The only reason Zorc came out and said what he said today is because he was asked about it.

That’s probably only because the keep getting asked the question to be fair.
I

It’s interesting that none of the journalist in Germany are talking about it yet he’s answering questions that he’s being asked about it. They’re either asking him or he’s just randomly plucking the thoughts out of his head.

And as I've said, what exactly were Sky hoping to achieve? Did they think if they had someone outside the ground everyday that Dortmund would nip outside and give him exclusive information?
Of course they weren't. Theyre sticking to their line, hes not for sale, so if he does leave, its him that's pushed for it, not Dortmund that have wanted it. Pretty simple really.

Heard this line a lot. And I'm not saying this transfer will happen, but Ole also gets asked about transfers a lot( both ins and outs) and he hardly ever comments. The Dortmund officials could simply say No comments and move on.

Imagine Sancho packing his bags after telling the whole club he won't train and won't play as he's coming to United. Selling his house, burning his Dortmund kit in front of the stadium with live coverage of it on Instagram and still not joining us because Ed and Matt fell asleep preparing a bid of £10mil plus addons.

I agree. I think the transfer will happen tbf I’m not a cynic.

Whats the best way for the fans to feel better about a potential loss at home to Jose and Spurs? signing Jadon fecking Sancho.
