I'm not so sure. I believe that FIFA players tend to peak in high school. University years for the late bloomers.

Yeah, I feel like this "it's his mentality" trope is become overplayed. He obviously has big mentality issues (which I'm reluctant to knock too much as they might be related to mental health issues), but even beyond that he has limitations that would have stopped him becoming a top PL performer. He's too slow, too weak, and can easily be taken out of a game.

I agree, but I think he still has time to turn things around. 25 is not the be all end all for players.

A few ozempic shots, put his head down, and he might still end up with a very good/accomplished career. But alas,

Elanga did it when Mazi Oyedele joined Legia Warsaw although it was a little more cryptic, suggesting he had dodged a bullet by leaving which is somewhat open to interpretation and quite probably more about ETH than the club. Elanaga is a little justified in that he was one of the few bright spots under RR and yet was never given a chance by Erik, the relationship seems to have been bad from the minute the Manager got to the club but I don't recall Elanga ever downing tools or not giving 100% when called on so I don't have an issue with him expressing his opinion.
 
The freedom comes from not having their terrible attitude stinking up the club. If they felt trapped, it was by their design.

Just another piece of proof to throw in the massive mound that these two are no good.

Whilst these players can have a pop and what not.. Oyedele joined Warsaw... Elanga Forest. Whilst they are having a good season, its not really pinnacle of football.

I wouldnt take too much from players like Elanga doing it... he just wasn't good enough for United. Heck, he had a chant for him inside a few months, yet he wants to disrespect the club / fans. Now I see Elanga trying to create his own chant on the Forest socials.


Sancho on the other hand is paid alot of money, given alot of chances.
 
As United fans we grew up watching Beckham, Rooney and Ronaldo make all the good and bad headlines...nowadays we have to make do with Rashy and Sancho twitter and instagram nonsense.

Clearly these guys are talented footballers, but they have a rotten attitude. It won't surprise me if neither of them ever play for England again or win a club trophy for the rest of their careers.

I'm aware Manchester United has been run poorly for a while and quite frankly they've been a joke of a (big) club but I still can't emphatize with a footballer like Sancho. Nobody forced him to join them and I'd imagine he was being paid a lot over there and being given opportunities to prove himself.

Anyway i find it both funny, and pedantic, for him to post something like that and I'm not even a United supporter. :lol:

Seriously get rid of all of these idiots before we sack Ruben. It seems like every coach has to pick a fight with someone or the other due to their egos (Rashford, Casemiro, Ronaldo, Sancho, probably missing a few more).

I think we're mostly there in terms of a full cultural reset. Really want to see Sancho, Casemiro and Rashford out of the club first before declaring victory.

I'd be surprised if Sancho is playing at anything near the top level in 4-5 years time, possibly less - he's the poster boy of this brand of waster types, who look good at the beginning but love the lifestyle over any professional attitude / development mindset / motivation, and simply have too much too soon.

(Also, we've got rid - we hope - so he's not our problem and. well, who cares?).
