Their bowling is useless though. MS Gony was good in the first IPL and has been useless whenever he was selected. Surely Faulkner is better than smith too at 4 down

Steven Smith is amazing. Can't believe he has inspired Tiwary to get back in form. Can't remember last time he has played well in the IPL.
Munaf in for Kaushik. Jadeja and Jakati is enough spin, no need for Indian Paul Adams.
Yeah Kaushik is awful. He got away with it to start with because his action is so fecked but it's been obvious that as soon as players get used to him they'll hit him to all parts. He might still pick up a few wickets against people that haven't seen much of him, but I feel like it's a case of diminishing returns with him.
Good choice by RCB to go with Watson and Gayle up top imo. Not much running I imagine but will give Watson a chance to get himself in, which he barely did last season. Has to work though because there's nothing below these 2.
Gayle is dreadful these days. They'll have a hard time dropping him too because of his popularity

Two very ordinary teams to be honest.
KKR and SRH seem to be the most balanced teams. KKR is going to have a tough time deciding who to drop for Shakib. Lynn was expendable but last nights innings made him a cult hero there surely
SRH too. Mustafiz too should be in. But Cutting is a decent option to bat. Warner is captain. Henriques is in form and Rashid also played well.

Pietersen seems like a good commentator. I have heard him talk in tests and he's commentating differently here, it suits the format.
