I don't think so. We're short a batsman because Laxman's injured. I am not sure about Gambhir, he went off injured after being hit on the leg at short leg. If Gambhir's fit, we'll win.. 6 good batsmen.

The pitch didn't do much today, it was just really good bowling. Zaheer with the old ball is sensational.. best exponent of reverse swing in the world.
 
Good old Indian collapse....

We made it much harder for ourselves by failing to push on from 340-4. Should have secured a 100 runs lead at least. Chasing 200+ in the 4th innings is never easy.
 
It's a good thing getting Zaheer in actually. He's decent enough to survive the overs and we can't afford to lose any more wickets here. Specially with Laxman yet injured he needs as much rest as possible.

Just Laxman, Dhoni and Sachin to get these runs :nervous:

Why oh why do we always make it so hard for ourselves.

Oh and the umpiring in this match has been shocking.

Dhoni's run out was shambolic, to get run out at such a stage is unacceptable.
 
feck right off. Unbelievably poor decision. Disgraceful stuff that's decided the match.

Sometimes I think umpires gives decisions based on the vociferousness of the appeal. Bloody joke.
 
It didn't even look out on first viewing. It wasn't even close. I can't believe that.

I'm wondering whether Laxman should take some risks now. I don't think Ohja can last more than 10 deliveries.

And it wasn't even close. Why cricket doesn't have a review system I'll never know. It's such a slow sport anyway. Still, there is no excuse for such a bad decision. I was looking at it thinking 'hah, no way, appeal all you want'.

Same here. I miss 'this' cricket. And it's been fun ever since the pitch has started doing something. All you curators out there, take note!
