India Tour of South Africa

Manjrekar is a full time Rahane fan. Probably has life size posters of him plastered on his bedroom walks.

He did that 'Tane-Dulkar' as well! The absolute worst is Arun Lal. I'm lucky to be listening to a Willow TV cast where I listen to Graeme Smith, Shaun Pollock, Sunny Gavaskar, Michael Holding (best of the bunch) and I think I'm forgetting someone for sure.

Turning out to be an easy chase. But then again, this is bread and butter stuff for this team.

Yes it is. Usually is when Kohli is playing well - and he loves to chase. I like Rahane. He brings that solidity to our middle order that will be required in the World Cup.

A while ago, I said Kohli would hit 40 centuries by the end of the year. Still stick by that. What do you think @ha_rooney? You disagreed with me at the time.

Only thing that can stop him on current form is the lack of games. Currently on 33 so I reckon he needs at least 13 games to get the remaining 7. Not sure as to the number of games India play & also the opposition.

Man is a beast though, so I wouldn’t put it past him.

He has five more just with SA. Thats just Feb.

Both batsmen are comfortably scoring runs, getting closer to the target. Yet Gavaskar thinks this won't worry SA. Only big overs will:wenger:

I laughed at that too, typical commentator making a shit point just for the sake of it. India were in very good position even at that point.

Didn't he say that "4-5 run overs won't trouble Saffers, they'll be worried by 10-12 runs"? Moron.

fecking hate this coverage. I want to listen to Holding more. Instead they cut to Wessels and Manjrekar for some reason.

I really wish they would rid of Sunny Gavaskar. From India, I actually enjoyed Rahul Dravid as a commentator. He always used to put himself in the situation and actually give some insight.

I can just thank we don't have to listen to "That went like a tracer bullet" or any of the other remarks from the Ravi Shastri school of horrendous commentary.

My favorite commentators are David Lloyd and Danny Morrison because of the animation and fun they bring to the commentary.

South Africa in the 2015 World Cup? Not sure exactly how much but it was around 150

Edit: just checked that SA scored 177 in the world cup

Im thinking more in terms of bowling first. I cant think of many games where we completely dominate a top opposition and chase a score within 20 overs.

Cricket is a fecking joke

They need two runs and they've called for lunch.

Why can't the umpires have the final say in these things, and not go by the book at any cost. Need to give the umpires some more freehand

Why have they called lunch?! Can't they do another over ffs!

Number 34. Didnt think I would see a better batsmen than Tendulkar so soon after his retirement.

Garbage innings by MSDso far. The sooner we get rid of him in ODI and T20's the better. He's not half the batsman he used to be.
