ICC T20 World Cup

Jadeja's bowled 2 overs for 8 runs in the innings. Raina got 4 overs for 35. Disappointing game from Mishra but I think he should've been bowled in tandem with Ashwin and Jadeja, when Raina got his overs.

Disappointing really. Lost complete control of the game in a period of ten balls or so. Can't see us chasing this.

India will win from here.

Kohli's been immense, again.

Kohli's run of form in the last few years is just ridiculous. What a player.

Including today, it will be only 1 win in 10 semis for the perennial chokers. Although, today it's more to do with how brilliant Kohli has been.

Dhoni giving up chance to hit winning runs

I can't believe people thought SA were gonna beat us. They have been crap. Good to be pushed a but before the final though

Sri Lanka would be a tough one now

He is ridiculous.

The gap between Kohli and the second best limited overs batsman is gaping..

I only wish we could see him against the likes the great bowlers of the 90s and early 00s.. The only great bowler around right now is Steyn.

To think of some of the nonsense on this forum about Kohli not long ago.

Imagine Sachin in his prime with Kohli in ODI's

Also loved how Dhoni blocked the last ball just to give Kohli the winning runs.

That was some of the most ordinary captaincy I've seen in any format from Faf. Not helped by downright poor bowling.

Good from India though, reckon they'll go on to win it if SL bat first in the final.

I would just pack it in if I was the bowling team. I still reckon he would struggle initially against the quicks of yesteryear, but he would adapt and still be a top player.

Imagine the number of games we used to lose in the 90s just because Sachin got out.. Imagine instead if Kohli walked out at that wicket. The bowlers would just quit

South Africa have just handed the game to India. How stupid are you when you win the toss and let India chase?

No wonder they are the ultimate chokers, they can't even get the toss right. Anyone who has followed cricket the last 3-4 years would know that India are capable of chasing any score in the world. Amateurs.

Kohli had only 3 dot balls in 44 balls. Genius.

The choking comments

They were outclassed by the superior team in these conditions.

Yeah pretty much.

Opening with Duminy and Albie Morkel was stupid too, as was not bowling Steyn at Kohli until he'd been in for 10 overs (and even then only one until the 17th) it was obvious Steyn v Kohli was the game, and Faf's, well, faffing with his gun bowler completely neutered him.

Virat Kohli

Wonderful India has produced its next legendary batsman. Easily the best player of this tournament and a genuine world class talent.

I want India to win but it'll be painful to watch if Sri Lanka lose again..

Dhoni giving up chance to hit winning runs
Its stuff like that, that makes him one of the best leaders we have had. He might get some cricketing decisions wrong sometimes but you can see the immense respect he commands from the rest of the squad.

Just reading the pre-match build up.. comments from Dhoni and all that. Can criticize him in tests and he drops a fair few clangers in limited overs, but India couldn't have wished for a better limited overs captain. Leads the team wonderfully.
