I consider every single player from our team to be sellable. As it is, we're in a big hole FFP wise. Rashford is the only one where I'll hold out for more than 100 million (since its Saudi) but otherwise I'll sell every last one of them.

We’re one of the worst clubs in Europe at spending money so no I wouldn’t sell for any amount of money. It wouldn’t benefit our points tally one bit come the last day of the season this year..or next year. Our only hope is a takeover and unlimited amounts to waste because we’ll burn another billion of the owners cash easily enough

Back in 2009 I stupidly thought that the £80 million we received for Ronaldo would be used to bring in 2-3 world class players. We ended up with Valencia, Owen and Obertan!

I’d definitely accept a £200 million bid if that was fully made available to the manager during the next transfer window to bring in 2-3 world class players.

But I think we all know that a large junk of that would go towards servicing the debt and into the Glazers pockets.

I already put the Bruno thread on ignore because I'm tired of defending a player who shouldn't need to be defended. If you can't see that Bruno is a very good player who's hard to replace then I don't know what to tell you.
Bravo ... well said

Not with the current club administration. Even with EtH, there has been 0 indication that they can spend it well enough. That they have a clear direction of a transfer policy.

In Bruno, somehow we got lucky with a player who is willing to wear his heart on the sleeve when he steps on to the pitch (he has his flaws but we at least he gives it his all). That's something we need more of.

And these clowns will blow the 200, hell 300mn, on players that are just ok enough with no heart and no desire and no world class potential. And the other teams will milk us like they have been doing.

Bruno can't keep the ball, you can't build anything solid with a player like that at the core.

Not with possession based football.

Teams in EPL are getting better, possession is precious, you can't keep losing the ball

We will never prosper let alone win anything big with him in the team

Not at this point in the season. Mount is injured and we have no one to replace him. We would be dead in the water for 5 months.

The thing is I wouldn't have faith in the club to properly replace. He is one of our most important players and unlike most at the club he is never injured so no I wouldn't sell him.

too late to sell him now, so yeah will not sell at any price.

next summer though, sure, why not, if we can get another quality player to replace him.

Sell for 200m, repurchase him for 100m and still have 100m left.
Easy game.

It would probably take us more like £500 million of signings to finally get a player who performs as well as Bruno. Our attempts to sign players £70 million+ have almost always ended with the players playing more like £50 million players

These are in euros, keep that in mind but lets be serious for a second. I dont think Bruno is worth £200 million, I wouldnt want a club I support paying £200 million for him. But we would need at least that amount to even have it under consideration because we would spend it on players who would perform for us like Maguire, Sancho, Lukaku, Di Maria, Martial and Fred
