I agree with you but remember he sees more and senses more in training. If Memphis isn't cutting it and let's face it, he was slaughtered on here last season, then he has every right to drop him until he works

But Memphis can't attack.
Against Midgetland, Shrewsbury and teams made up of poor quality defenders, Memphis is proven to do well.
He has also proven that he can't do anything against EPL defences.
LVG (a great supporter of Memphis), initially gave him many starts in the EPL. After half a season, he benched him and gave him no more EPL starts.

Why would Jose (a manager who wants to win every game), play a player who is pretty much useless in the EPL?

Best not, last time I got 11/11 I predicted a 3 nil win for us as well and we got severely tonked. Anyway with Jose predicting is easier, he doesn't suddenly drop players for a wayward pass in a training session.
