He's in a bad bit of form, it happens to all players, even Messi and Ronaldo. He's on record as saying that it's always taken him time to settle into a new league and he is happy to be at United.

Yes, but then there's the other side of the coin to consider - his wife and family. Since the break-in they've moved lock, stock and barrel into the Lowry and sold their house. That hardly speaks of a long-term view. If his family is unsettled and unhappy so is he. I'm 100% convinced he'll leave in the Summer.

He has had a pretty underwhelming season and there are concerns about how he has settled. We are unlikely to get back what we paid.

£40m+ I would probably take, although I would hope someone like PSG would fork out £50m.
