We clearly don't use the same reference as to what is late and not. For me, the first training session of the season is already late.
If we sign anyone before returning from the U.S. tour I will be shocked.
We won't sign anyone till we get back from the tour, then we'll sign the players we should have already had wrapped up i.e. Schneiderlin & Otamendi
