Don't think he's been banned yet. The warning was that if his WUM turned out to be a WUM then he would get banned.
We all believe his WUM to be just that but wont know for sure until Mkhitaryan actually signs. Then we see if in the cold light of day the Mods let him off with a warning or do ban him.
He's managed to earn a temporary ban for repeated insults in the mean time.
