I would wishes him good luck if he would have handled it like Gündogan...()...After all threatment he gets from BVB and Tuchel..Really disappointing. You maybe understand that with regards of all the things happend.

I can understand why he's left.

Hummels was more of a surprise to me.

Mikhatryan hasn't been. I'm honestly a bit gutted for Dortmund, they have played some great football for the last few years, but they just don't pay enough wages.

Right, it's been mentioned a dozen times but this shouldn't be in the United forum yet.

He's not actually signed, although it obvious is going to happen.

The United Forum thread can be started once the club confirm it's done and we have pictures of him with the shirt etc.

Dortmund said "Mkhitaryan moves to United". Not "will move" or "might move if United can hash out the personal terms and all of that nonsense".
"Moves to". Present tense.

Blame Dortmund. The salty cnuts.

The statement was clearly written on the assumption that there will be no issues or hitches with negotiations and was confirmation an offer has finally been accepted. He has clearly not signed a deal yet (he's not even in England as far as we know) and there's not one source who has said he has actually signed.

? BVB confirmed it. There are even Shirts for sale at United. So this could be seen as "confirmed" i think. You dont?

I'm not bothered as I understand why they would be upset. We also know why Munich, other then Bastian, don't want to deal with us. But when Munich nab a player off Dortmund, do the slag the player off? I don't know. It's petty and unprofessional. That said, I think they rely too much on Munich flying the flag for Germany. It's not a crime to show ambition and even though we might rest a few in the Europa league, we'll look forward to playing Dortmund....in the Europa league ;)

Hindsight is 20/20.

At the time of the initial tweet, the announcement from Dortmund seemed pretty conclusive. I'm pretty sure everyone expected an announcement from the club to be right around the corner. It's very rare for a club to announce a departure days before the buying club announce the arrival.

This feel a bit like having a girlfriend and while in the early days it wasn't so easy but you thought you built a strong relationship over time and the last year was fabulous. Then all of a sudden she said "this was great but I have found someone who is richer and while he is not quite as good looking at the moment because his face is a bit beat up but there is a lot of potential there so I'm leaving you." You tried to fight the inevitable to no avail and she has now gone.

You probably comfort yourself by saying she wasn't all that and i will find a better younger model, which might be true, but what you don't do is go onto the new guys facebook page and see him with his new girl and not expect him to be happy and for this to wind you up.

edit: or i guy i don't want to be presumptuous.

The RAWKification of RedCafe completed.

The shirts on the website was a blunder and has been removed. BVB have confirmed they accepted a bid.

Until United confirm the deal is done and there's pictures of him signing the contract then it's not final.

@slig be sure to drink a lot of electrolytes and get your essential salts and minerals. All those salty tears are bound to dry you out.

Di Marzio has said its done, and together with Dortmund's statement its enough for me. He might be having a couple days break, or be scheduled in for a slot this week.

the shirts were a mistake weren't they?

not a United player until United announce it. "many a slip between mouth and cup"

I'm in for a good laugh at City but isn't it a bit rich from Dortmund to ridicule their 4th place this season seeing they themselves haven't won a proper trophy since 2012 ?

"find the error in here"

The wuming arrogance from some posters in here is something different..
Well Micki, good luck in a midtable club, which gets his honor only by the past and is filled by the arrogance that in some kind of naturalness they are good. Hope you get on there with your quotas of 1 good season out of 3. But there nobody will dry your tears if you have to carry water for Ibra. I am curious how the thing "Micki at United" proceeds.
My monthly needs of salt is complete.

We are too nice to opposition posters, almost to a fault. You don't get to sprout so much abuse towards the team whose forum you are on anywhere else.
The best part is he is calling us out for Wumming and showing arrogance, when he has displayed ample amount of both to varying degree in this very same thread

This. I think it will happen, but it's obviously not done just yet.

Read what he wrote again and maybe you will understand what it says.

What do you mean? And please don't count your community shield as a trophy, Fecking Moyes won that as well.

At some point Watzke claimed that the fee has to be, of course, minimum like that one of Hummels to let Miki go. And RN, which i trust cause they never wrote something stupid in BVB-cases and are reliable, wrote 42mio€.

Nothing official regarding the fee has been released and is not likely to until the transfer has been finalised, which it hasn't as of yet. It's all just speculation at this point, including the proposed transfer itself.

The final fee is irrelevent in any case. 42 million euros, while obviously a lot of money to a financially restricted club such as Dortmund, is simply pocket change to United. The "United tax" has played it's part in practically every transfer this club has been associated with, so it would be no surprise to us shell out a few extra Euros in order to get the deal finalised asap. Part and parcel of being a financial giant.

BBC, Telegraph & Gaurdian ect report 26m pounds here, so we would believe in that. RN has posted that inflated figure to appease salty & butt-hurt kids like you, seems like it has not worked though. You can take those RN figures and shove 'em up the place the sun doesn't shine :)

It's only speculation but it seems like we give away 200K a week to anyone who asks for it. Wait for Martial and Rashford to demand that next year.

Yeah it was a guy or girl form the mighty US and a A. Another proofment how less education plays a role in that country.

Said the guy that called it "US and a A" when it should be "US of A"

There's no chance he's gonna be on £200k per week.

To be honest, given the sodium heavy statement from BVB they're probably feeding the press bullshit inflated figures, which is where the €42m fee and these wages figures are coming from.

He'll probably be on around £120k-150k.
