If anyone wants to discuss the book, please do so in here. Nowhere else.

Anyone who posts spoilers anywhere else will be shot. And then banned.

I know but I'm sworn to secrecy just in case Liv ( or Niall, yes Niall!) stray in here by mistake.

There'll be sad cnuts who'll have read it before the poor sods/saddos at the back of the que have even got the book.

I'd hate to be a fecking postman tomorrow, not that I desire to be one at any time.

If I was a postman Id go to the 24 hour supermarket tonight... find out the end of the book... and write it biro on any books i had to deliver...

spoiler... somebody dies or doesnt... but the bonde woman gets even richer

Who's he then?

Never heard of him, apart from in School, when we used to call some random lad Frodo

Anybody lucky enough to get their hands on a copy signed by JK Rowling should take good care of it....ideally leave it unread.

First edition (beware fakes) prices will soon reach £5,000 and rise from there.....full sets easily sell for £40,000 and will also rise.

By the way, copies signed to someone specific are worth less.

I've seen an authors proof copy (basically a complete one off) of Harry Potter & The Prisoner Of Azkaban amazingly on offer at £245,500!

while walking through town last night while absolutely slaughtered we saw a queue at Smiths, so we started yelling stuff like "Harry Potter Dies" and "Ron hangs himself"

 That's brilliant, in fact that would be worth going out alone for.

I have read the back couple of pages today in Asda, shite ending not worth the £5.

Just read the book. The whole hallows idea was like the usuall fan-fictions you read on the net but nonetheless a good read.

The local hypermarket chains (Tesco and Carrefour) are creating a big stir in the local market by offering HP7 at a greatly reduced price of RM69.00 (Roughly 17 Pounds) while the normal retail price offered by the normal bookstores is RM119.00 (Roughly 29 Pounds).

Obviously the bookstores are not happy with this and they have declined to sell the books (except to those who pre-ordered) to protest the unethical moves by Tesco and Carrefour.

Finished reading last night....hmmm

I knew Snape had to be good in the end, also Dumbledore a genius, making Harry surrender himself, and let Voldemorts spell backfire on himself. All in all a good book, yet still think one major character should have died (i.e. ron, hermione or harry). Anyone think any more books are on the way...or is that the end of HP forever?

Harry marries Professor Sprout at the end, and enjoys his retirement by indulging in bestiality.

Decent read, surprisingly. This one wasn't up its own arse for 600 pages atleast..the last couple of pages notwithstanding.Like, what the feck.

You knew how to spell fecking beauxbatons but not 'maxime'?

Anyway, she added a little bit of a tribute to the LOTR with that locket thing.I thought she was going all Frodo and Sam for a second.

Yeah, i thought the bit at the end was quite bad as well, and, unless i'm missing something, i thought she should have included what happened to the Dudleys.

i just finished reading it. i was disappointed that there wasnt like an after the fight kind of explanation of what happens to everyone

Basically nobody important died and Snape was good. So GAY.

Hedwick and Dobby were important!

And *jigging smiley* Snape was innocent! I always said he was. :D

fred, lupin, tonks, mad eye were all good characters. the whole snape thing was immense

It was a kids book anyway - it should have had a happy ending.

I completely agree. It was like she forgot about half of the other characters, and yes, the Snape story was brilliant.
