Plenty of changes from the book, but all-in-all the story holds together.

I'm actually thinking about watching these films. I've never seen them and I'm running out of films to watch. How many are there? I've watched the first half hour of the first film, do they get better I assume ?
Well they get less cheesy without a doubt. Still not entirely dairy free by the end mind. And there are eight now.
There is 7, but the 7th one is split into two parts. Yes, they get better!

In the trailer it shows Harry and Voldermort jumping off a cliff saying something like, "We'll end it how we started it, together." What happens when they jump? I don't recall that being in the book, then again I only read it once.

The movie was only two hours long. I wish they could have given the fans an extra half hour.
It was quite good for a Harry Potter movie i suppose. Harry looked constipated throughout though. Was it really only 2 hours long?
I think you mean for a book adaptation, I tend not to bother with films like this and probably wont watch this for a few months, speaking of this though the book ended quite abruptly, does the film do the same?
