Guess the next World Record Transfer

6 years is too long. Madrid will probably break the record twice now till your next post out of spite.

I think MUFC are more likely to break the record.
Woodward has made bids for Neymar and Muller - both world records.

2016 Neymar to United

Mate, I think it has long been established that we are not good enough to attract that level of player. We are 6th place club. Barca are the best.

Dembele has certainly had a good season, instrumental to a lot of Kane's goals but not sure he'd cost that much you mean the other one
After Brexit the UK will experience a couple of years with extreme hyperinflation and all the old transfer records will be long gone. I'm expecting us to pay Tottenham about £1 billion for him.

Neymar to us, I don't know why I just feel like it'll happen in excess of £90m possibly James Rodriguez to us if rumours are to be believed could do it. Pogba won't cost more than £60m IMO.

Love that people think Kane would be an £85m + transfer.

Would he even be £50m if he wasn't English?
Yes, he would.

He is one of the best strikers in the world, and is still only 22. 50m for him would be a bargain, but considering that Spurs don't need money anymore, he isn't pushing to leave, only a very large transfer (80m plus) can get him.

And I would be quite happy if we spend that much money on him. Him and Martial would complement each other very well, would be here for a decade terrorizing the other defenses.

Ibra to United Summer 16

Btw I'm aware ibra is out of contract but woody will table a bid of £100 mill bid just for shits and giggles

Hopefully by 2019 we won't be the mess we are now and Martial will want to stay and be part of a club reestablishing itself as a major PL and CL force.
Hopefully, but Ronaldo left for them when United were Champions and had been in the last 2 CL finals

When Madrid want someone, they pull every dirty trick to get them

If Madrid milk us for a world record fee for James, after his form in Madrid, it should be enough to fire Woodward for incompetence.

But yeah, I wouldn't bet my life against it :nervous:

Dybala
Barcelona/RM
Summer 2018 if Barca, 2017 if RM

I'm convinced it'll go this summer, probably more than once. Pogba seems a good bet. Griezmann would command something approaching £86m if he leaves Atletico.

Griezmann has a release clause of like 60m

Anthony Martial to Real Madrid or Barcelona - summer 2017 or 2018, he will get his head turned this summer, then have one more season with us then they always get out best players whether we like it or not, so suggest it will happen next year or year after latest.

Neymar to PSG. Neymar will never play in the prem IMO.

Pogba to Barca is my bet too, but i think his fee will match Ronaldo's... £80m

So if a Dutch player was Spurs CF and scored 21 goals last season and had already scored 21 goals this season and is still only 22, you think he would cost less than £50 million?

It's just his agent whoring him around.
The hype exists for real though. People genuinely see him as a potential record fee breaker. If James can reach 70 million, I can see Pogba breaking it. He's also the flashy kind of player people overpay for.

He has been a bit crap this season for Juve, can't see his value going up. All those world record fees were due to the players were up and possibly in best shape at the moment, while I can't say the same for Pogba.

Don't see anyone close to world record fee going this summer to be fair. I can see Ronaldo going from the high profile names, but no way for 80m.

The only outside chance for it is Aguero to Real for 80m+ given their upcoming ban

It will finally happen...

Gaitan - 2016 - united.

On a more serious note it will most likely be Pogba to Madrid this summer.

Pogba won't cost anyone 80m imo

Neymar if he were to move would probably do it but alas I can't see him moving not until he becomes crap like most Brazilians do anyway

I think you've got to be looking at players like Costa (the Bayern one), Coman, Martial (though bias may be clouding my judgment) and the likes in a few years time if they continue to progress
