Gotta love it when that happens.and I found myself yelling in frustration “I fecking hit it straight” on a dogleg hole where I was counting on the slice.

That’s quite unique. Then all props have to go to his swing coach for not messing with something that is only an aesthetic flaw, just as long as the club is in the proper place eighteen inches before impact.his swing in college looked more conventional though, I wonder how he managed to deviate from it. He did look a bit skinnier back then, maybe his body was limiting him and he just rolled with it.
You really shouldn’t stand that close to the ball.My pain at the moment is toe strikes. Playing with pure blades so if sticks me about 20-30 meters short sometimes. Driver is mint. Hit 112mph club head speed last night.

Rate my swing boys....
Dude was the black Moe Norman. Absolute machine...
What’s up with such long birdie putts on 18?
Both Hovland & Scheffler had quite long birdie putts on 18, hence my question. Just tuned in to see their putts. It’s par 5, so most of the longer putts are for eagle.

It's a slightly weird drive on that hole, the tee markers align a tad to the right side of the fairway, almost the rough. At least it did in 2006.Hovland got a bad bounce on the drive that pushed him right to the rough at the end of the fairway and then had no chance to get there in 2 and then fluffed the pitch in somewhat, I didn't see what happened with Scheffler

That’s quite the scoring track too.7 of the top 10 over par despite perfect conditions. The putting has been hilariously bad.
