The strangest thing happened today, I met a group of about five Dutch lads today and none of them appeared to speak any German. How is that possible @KirkDuyt I always assumed you guys knew your place? And to add insult to injury they were even rewarded with a Dutch R9 masterclass for it. There's no justice in this world.
Great to see Morey make a comeback. Seemed a genuine long term option at RB for Dortmund before that horrid injury period. Hope he can return back to form.

Been protests every week in most games for a while now, usually in the form of chocolate coins being thrown onto the field.

Not that familiar with the la liga CVC deal, but fans are worried that this will in the end screw over the fans going to the stadiums and watching at home in terms of increased costs down the line.

I'm not familiar with how La Liga use the money, but yes, at least in a broad sense, that's what it is.
As far as the protests go:
On one hand there's a tendency of organized fans to reject anything going into this direction out of principle.
But beyond that there have been some issues with this deal, that lend credibility to these protests. I think even among the "unorganized" stadium goers the protests have quite a bit of approval, at least as long as they don't overdo it, e.g. by pushing games to the brink of cancellation.
These issues mainly center around communication, the DFL sought approval without going into a lot of specifics about what they intended to do with the money.
And the process itself has also been a bit of a mess. The DFL gave themselves the burden of having to reach a qualified majority for approval and they already failed that once in an earlier attempt a couple of months ago.
This time they just made it to two thirds with their second attempt. But they did so in a secret ballot and public statements from club officials about what way they voted suggest that one of the necessary votes came from Hannover96.
And that is anther can of worms initself, since they were represented by their owner, Martin Kind, who is very much at odds with the club he owns, in particular on this issue.
50+1 (and some laws, I guess) mandate that he should have acted in accordance with the club's position, which would have meant voting down the proposal.
So far they've just hidden behind the fact that it was a secret vote, so no one can tell for sure who voted what way, but that's a bit of a lazy excuse and the implied disrespect to 50+1 makes it especially aggravating for organized fans.

Actually, these current protests have started talks about re-thinking that investor deal. Previous fan group protests have had significant impact as well, most of those positive for those supporters who dont want to pay more to watch a game on the telly than i do for my stadium seat.
