The strangest thing happened today, I met a group of about five Dutch lads today and none of them appeared to speak any German. How is that possible @KirkDuyt I always assumed you guys knew your place? And to add insult to injury they were even rewarded with a Dutch R9 masterclass for it. There's no justice in this world.
Es ist unglaublich, dass diese jungen Randalierer kein Deutsch mehr sprechen. Sind wir nicht von deutschem Blut?!The strangest thing happened today, I met a group of about five Dutch lads today and none of them appeared to speak any German. Little bit of chaos. Some fans are protesting. What is happening in Germany? 2 games interrupted.

Been protests every week in most games for a while now, usually in the form of chocolate coins being thrown onto the field.
"Opening up to investors, particularly to private equity firms who are after maximum profit, risks them using their influence to maximize their returns, potentially against the interests of fans and stadium-goers," said Jan van Leeuwen, who sits on the board of Borussia Dortmund's official Fan Department, in a statement distributed to journalists at the stadium on Saturday. "
- 24 of the 36 clubs from the Bundesliga and 2 Bundesliga back plan
- German Football League (DFL) is proposing to sell an eight per cent share of its TV and marketing rights in a 20-year agreement
- New marketing company to be established
- Deal expected to be worth between €800 million (US$863 million) and €1 billion (US$1.1 billion)
The gist of it.
So this like your version of the CVC deal?
Wow, does Tuchel copy Leverkusens system?
Neuer – Upamecano, Minjae, Goretzka, Kane, Sané, Dier, Boey, Mazraoui, Musiala, Pavlović
Looks like a 3-4-2-1 for me.
Probably but Leverkusen seems to play in a 4-4-2 todayBest way to neutralise a back 3 is to play with a back 3. Smart move by Tuchel

Seems way too defensive for my liking.Wow, does Tuchel copy Leverkusens system?

More a 4231 I think. So Bayern are playing Leverkusens usual system and vice versa? Could be interesting.Probably but Leverkusen seems to play in a 4-4-2 today
Feels like Tuchel will try to do to Leverkusen what he did to Stuttgart recently. Park the bus and counter attack, and not try to dominate possession.Seems way too defensive for my liking.
It hasn't kicked off yet. Thought they had scored.BAAAAYEEEEERN
Protesting against a planned investor deal for the league. The voting about it was dubious as it looks like at least one club official didn't vote as decided by his club before... (yes, my club... again... I just hate this clusterf***)What is it with Germans chucking items on the pitch? Wolfsburg game almost got abandoned because of it.

Ye didn’t realise was a protest.Scroll up a bit in the thread.
Last post of the day. Auf geht's!
Fair enough. It's a protest against selling part of the league's revenue to an investor.
strange kind of player, too good at playing football to leave him out, but on the pitch, no one knew what to do with him, not a #9, not a #10, not an #8, not a winger. Bit likeHe was an hot asset when Bayern signed him but you right he became an huge disappointment like Del Haye.

Well, that's why I said "it looks like" and not "exactly this happened"Was this ever officially confirmed? I thought Kind just said something like "Secret vote, LOL".

Actually, these current protests have started talks about re-thinking that investor deal. Previous fan group protests have had significant impact as well, most of those positive for those supporters who dont want to pay more to watch a game on the telly than i do for my stadium seat.I know this is an unpopular take, but some of these organised fan groups take them themselves way too seriously.
If you want to watch „pure football“, don’t watch professional sports.
